    This is awesome! I just made one--it was under $10 and it was one of the easiest things I've ever done. This takes Nerf wars to the next level for an incredibly low cost. Thanks for posting this. Great idea, great video.

    Use trash bags they are pretty cheap and you can just throw on a new one if it breaks

      Eggyzx but overhauled blasters with insane fps could easily rip it apart and penetrate it

    I got cloth from delivery covers on new cars delivered to the dealership, plus Velcro and hooks, had to cut it up and make new pieces but it was worth it.

    I actually made a giant shield that's five feet tall, almost three feet wide, and made with two layers of cardboard and 1 1/4" PVC.

    Any guess how much more it would cost to make the sleeve out of a durable fabric like pack nylon, and add a couple of straps & buckles so that it rolls & stores the pieces inside?

    • @Jangular
      @Jangular 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Bob O`Bob That would really depend on where you got your fabric and what stores you have available in your area, because we have affordable stores like Fabrics R Us in our area, but others may not.

      Hawki007 you cannot be "a little" OCD. OCD is a condition to where you constantly have the same thought, like "did I turn of the oven" or " this is incorrect" or "that is out of order" and you can't stop thinking about it until you ca for sure say "the oven is off", "this is correct", and "this is not out of order"

    Nice video on a lightweight type of cover. I made one on a heavier (good for really windy days or crossing over to use the same cover for airsoft & paintball) type of industrial cover: th-cam.com/video/2gjuKKRWH_0/w-d-xo.html
    Your's is the better overall for pure Nerfing I believe. Light and easy to disassemble for transport to and from public parks etc, it's nice looking and well done! Mine is more rough & tumble for all sorts of weather and game types.

  • @lc8199
    @lc8199 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    I made one that is easier and faster to make, plus you could fit it in a backpack, you could also put a turret on it. But I guess the more portable it is the less cover it will have. And I have not posted a vid on how to make it yet. So yours provides more cover, mine is more portable

      +Georg281relo That is definitely a more affordable option, but isn't quite as resistant to wear.
