"Prophetic" word? You mean the kind which not only predicts the future but also changes it? "Prophetic" words do not come anymore and haven't for the last 2 thousand years simply because they've ended back then, 1Cor.13:8. Now, we have to consider why anyone would do this being we've already been told of End Time events in, for example, Mat 24:25 "Behold, I have told you in advance."
This is not prophecy but it is biblical.
The USA in prophecy gives us the correct timeline.
We can know "when" we are on God's prophetic calendar. It is written in the book of 2nd Esdras. Chapter 11 contains a prophecy that describes a line of American presidents, four of whom are still alive, and two of them are being kept until "the end." All of them are old men.
