  • Finally here is the video for the Bigger Bartop Arcade. This build was a request and required some creative designing to fit the specs we were going for.
    This is PART #1 in the series for this specific build. I have edited the videos to follow 99% of the steps I took in building this arcade. Almost every time I pickup a tool or turn a screwdriver you will see it. Most likely in fast motion but it is still there!
    Plans are currently available FOR FREE on my website as a DWG Autocad and easy to read and print PDF files!
    Similar internals for this build but I've learned a few tricks in the last few years on my own and from comments on past videos. I love building these more than actually using them!

    Hey how's it going sir. I made a cabinet over 6 months ago following all your tutorials and man it came out super awesome! I still would love to make a stand for it though. Would you happen to have any plans on how to make one specifically for the smaller cabinet build?

    Excellent video. If I wanted a 32 inch bartop, would I juts adjust accordingly? Btw, you sound just like ETA Prime. Your videos are excellent also!~

      There might be some verticle and horizontal stretching needed to fit that size screen. I did a fullsize standup arcade with a 32" screen recently so you could easily combine those plans with these ones. I always start with a side view drawing and add my panel sizes from there. If you are building around a screen use that as your starting point once you know how you plan on mounting it!

    Hi great build my complments , are you using metric on all the drawings ?

    • @WeBuildStuff
      @WeBuildStuff  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I believe I did. When I build I do sometimes use Imperial for some measurements when I'm rough cutting but the plans are in Metric.
      I have a background in construction and carpentry as well as in elementary school we taught both as valid units of measurement. Some of my tape measures and rulers have both while others are only imperial. I always build with what I have

    Could anyone help me out finding plans for 34" ultra wide model? I have this big ass monitor laying around I'd love to use but I can't seem to find plans for such a build. I'm new to building arcades so I'd rather not trial&error and use something that should work :r if anyone has or knows where to find such a thing, please let me know! thanks!!

    Anyone know where i can get a diy kit similar to this one? I dont have the tools to pre cut the wood? Willing to pay and have it shipped to Ontario, Canada. Haruman customs priced me at $422usd shipping included. My budget is tight at around $250cdn. Any assistance is much appreciated. I will post my final product with a special thanks to anyone that can help me get started. Thanks

    • @WeBuildStuff

      With that budget you could buy a jigsaw, drill, and material to build 2 yourself. We don't sell these.

      That's a wonderful suggestion. Im located near Mississauga, Ontario (50min from Niagara Falls). I'm in talks with a few people near me but not confirmed yet. Might be over my head with this project as I'm already having issues with Raspberry Pi and Retropie and formatting it properly (after viewing many youtube tutorials). If you plan on coming closer to the Greater Toronto Area let me know. Thanks again for the offer!

      @@Worldrecord Just a tip. Cheap SD cards are one of the WORST things you can do to a retropie. I was having loads of problems after multiple reformats and iso loads. It was just because I got a "slightly" cheaper sd card.(silicon power brand I think, was the bad one)

      Someone else supplied me with the screen. They said it was the cheapest 28" Tv at the store they bought it from. That's usually what I would do too! The process for hanging the screen can be done in many many ways. I show my way but it can be done otherways as well
