I came to his funeral this noon and said my last word to him (although I cried a lot and couldn't say fluently). This song is randomly in my shuffle playlist right now after a year I didn't listen to it. Thank you for everything, Mr. Minh.

When I discovered this song around early 2020 while on lockdown, I imagined playing this song while I’m driving my own car. And fast forward to 2021, i achieved that dream car. I would always play this song especially when i’m solo driving because it feels nice to reminisce back to the times when you’re just hoping and dreaming. Ahhhh! I just love this song ❤️

It was just September 10th this year when the very important person in my life, my soon-to-be fiancé and husband lost his battle against Covid. We were far away from each other, and his sisters told me a day later about it because they don’t have the guts to tell me yet. I mourned and wailed until my head hurt so bad. When I woke up, I was frustrated that it wasn’t a dream. His older sister told me that his last words were “Tell Tash that we will have kids soon.” It was heartbreaking how I wasn’t there by his side since I can’t travel yet to go to him. It was painful that even in his last breath, I was still on his mind. Now I don’t know how I will be able to continue living without him. We already have plans and our future was already written but all of those were shattered in just a split second.
Fly high my love. Please watch over us wherever you are. I love you, and I will continue loving you ‘til my death comes too. If rebirth is real, then I will search for you in my next life and make sure that we will be happy and we will be able to do the things we have planned.
