My wife and I moved to Alpharetta in the early 90s from LA, CA. In the 90s homes in Alpharetta were a bargain. Unfortunately, that's changed. Our neighborhood is near downtown and has no HOA. Fulton county has high property taxes. I like Alpharetta much better than LA, CA. Georgia has great homes i use to live in sugaroaf parkway the new homes there were super expensive in the year 2000
