In the reliance application form they ask 12th percentage... I had 6 subjects but according to cbse rule 5 subjects should be counted... Percentage 6 ki likhe ya 5 ki
Yeah that means you had +1 so you only have to count your best of five ie, you don't have to count your least marked subject you only have to count your 5 subjects and have to divide it by 5

You need to reset you password, you will receive a new password to your email and login using that password and change it other password. Problem will be solved

You can do these 2 things 1. You can request to update your name on your Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets. It's possible to have them corrected. 2. Attach your gazette notification as an additional document with any application. If your name is updated on your Aadhaar card, it shouldn't cause issues. However, it's recommended to update your name on your mark sheets to avoid potential problems in future job background checks.
