I wasn't at this specific concert although I did watch it live in 1992, but I have seen this tour when he was in Holland on July 1, 1992. It still is more than 25 years later one of the best experiences ever in my life. And I've seen and listened to this Bucharest concert hundreds of times over the years ever since I found an audio recording online at the beginning of this century and also when it was finally released on DVD a couple of years later.

Everytime I see these concerts I wonder how can someone perform with the same enthusiasm,energy and vigour in every song he performed ? He put his heart and soul into each and every concert. He had so many health issues but he never let anything hamper his performances in any way. He had to go through so much pain in his personal life but he always lit up the stage with his beautiful smile. My love and respect for Michael grows each and every day by leaps and bounds. No one can take his place ever.

I was one of the people being lifted up and out. The pressure was intense at the front and hard to breathe. I missed the first four songs, but on the second night while trying to listen to the concert from the outside someone handed us VIP tickets and I got to see him again for free...but we got in just after the first four songs. So still missed them. Doh!

After this 2 years of survival, Michael Jackson is coming in your prison and doing this... Michael was more than an artist, for us, in 92 he was freedom, he gave us the power to dream, to hope...

Re-Watching it as a 22 year old (about 10-12 years later) I’m truly realizing how unique and original he was as a whole. I’m in Awe. Nobody is on this man’s level.

@@guld1999 He wasn't trying to become white, he had a skin condition that caused his skin to become lighter as he got older. He was on medications for that too. Sadly his doctors gave him far too much of the medications he needed and it messed up his heart. There was a whole documentary on T.V. about it a while back. He really tried to make the world a better place to the best of his ability, only for too many haters within it to pretty much spit in his face so to speak.
He changed the world with his music and dance. He made a difference with his love and compassion. His heart was pure, he never lost his humanity and he remained humble. You will always be loved MJ.
I was 11 yrs old in 1992 and was not allowed to go to this concert which the biggest regret of my life. Michael was the image of perfection as an artist and still is. Not only he had ALL the talents, he had a lot more than that: inspiration, hard work, passion. For how famous and loved he was, he was surprisingly shy and humble, not arrogant at all. His energy was superhuman, no idea how he was able to sustain so much effort for two whole hours…the only explanationI can find is that he was 100% genuine, he literally lived the music and the dance and loved what he was doing, he was not just performing. I think his real life was on stage, the stage was his happy place, the place where he could be himself. On top of all of that, I’m not sure many people actually understand what this particular concert meant for Romania in 1992, less than three years after the 50 years long communist era had ended. It was absolutely epic, like landing on the moon. The significance of Michael performing in Bucharest and the magnitude of this show go together. Forever grateful for having lived those moments even if just watching on TV. Forever ❤ MJ. God rest his soul.

FACT: His workers were stealing property from never land. Then when fire were paid by Enquirer to say things anything that would sound outrageous. When they got caught. Getting paid to do this. Cases were thrown out.

Everytime I see these concerts I wonder how can someone perform with the same enthusiasm,energy and vigour in every song he performed ? He put his heart and soul into each and every concert. He had so many health issues but he never let anything hamper his performances in any way. He had to go through so much pain in his personal life but he always lit up the stage with his beautiful smile. My love and respect for Michael grows each and every day by leaps and bounds. No one can take his place ever.

I was one of the people being lifted up and out. The pressure was intense at the front and hard to breathe. I missed the first four songs, but on the second night while trying to listen to the concert from the outside someone handed us VIP tickets and I got to see him again for free...but we got in just after the first four songs. So still missed them. Doh!
Lucky you. I would give anything to see him in a live concert, and then that moment of seeing that legend would be locked in my heart forever.

I have never seen a Micheal Jackson concert in real life ever but, by simply just looking at his concerts in a video gives me goosebumps, I cannot imagine how it would feel to be there live, no wonder why people would faint

You know, I can really understand why people cry at his concerts. His talent, music, artistry and presence is honestly at a godly level. As an adult, I understand it now. I really get it. It is actually spiritual.

He was on medications for that too.
Sadly his doctors gave him far too much of the medications he needed and it messed up his heart.
There was a whole documentary on T.V. about it a while back.
He really tried to make the world a better place to the best of his ability, only for too many haters within it to pretty much spit in his face so to speak.
He changed the world with his music and dance. He made a difference with his love and compassion. His heart was pure, he never lost his humanity and he remained humble. You will always be loved MJ.

I was 11 yrs old in 1992 and was not allowed to go to this concert which the biggest regret of my life. Michael was the image of perfection as an artist and still is. Not only he had ALL the talents, he had a lot more than that: inspiration, hard work, passion. For how famous and loved he was, he was surprisingly shy and humble, not arrogant at all. His energy was superhuman, no idea how he was able to sustain so much effort for two whole hours…the only explanationI can find is that he was 100% genuine, he literally lived the music and the dance and loved what he was doing, he was not just performing. I think his real life was on stage, the stage was his happy place, the place where he could be himself. On top of all of that, I’m not sure many people actually understand what this particular concert meant for Romania in 1992, less than three years after the 50 years long communist era had ended. It was absolutely epic, like landing on the moon. The significance of Michael performing in Bucharest and the magnitude of this show go together. Forever grateful for having lived those moments even if just watching on TV. Forever ❤ MJ. God rest his soul.

Well the fainting was more due to people getting crushed in the crowd, it happens a lot at concerts. But his stage presence is undeniable.
People fainted mainly because of the tight crowd ...that made them almost suffocate...but ya he does have that effect on people with the screaming and crying.
50% crowd suffocated and 50% cant handle mj presence as you can see they were not passed out still pulled out and crying in deep state of obsession
