Habibi looked stressed and it showed when he forgot to vasslize adal and fed them provinces. Great strategy by Florry focusing on religion map. It is much easier to read and you know that every religion is basically multicultural in the game. Well done to laith and red hawk for the fantastic commentary
The finale coming down to both using the same nation and the same strategy was amazing. Can't get any better skill showcase than that (ofc with some of the luck that comes with any eu4 game but they're such good players that it shouldn't make that big of a difference) I was cheering for Habibi but both did a great job.
All chat + me spammed for the first player to pick Ming which seemed auto-win (much less fun, but we theory crafted). After that I launched my game to check: Ming starts at 29 pts. Chagatai (+ kara del): 1 hard war 9 points (uyghur, oirats, uzbek, sunni, tengri, shia) Dai Viet : 1 free war 6 points (hindu, theravada, champa, vietnamese) Any of these two beats 1 hour of grind from the 2nd place (love and GGs to him of course) in 10 minutes. Then: indochina : 4-6 points korchin or korea : 1pt each Japan is much harder but might get 3-4 pts. 1 no CB war in Philippines opens for 3-6 pts if the obvious routes toward yarkand or dai viet fail. Or you can cut through indochina and no CB in india for the zoroastrian province. At best in a run he could have done +- 65 points
IIRC Habibi was locked out of picking Ming since he picked Ming for the first challenge and wouldn't be allowed to pick the same tag a second time, and Florry just doesn't want to play them, which I respect. Ming is such a crazy outlier that they kind of break any challenge they're well suited to participate in, and in future season of Para Bellum they really ought to be banned for the most part.
I know this is a small-scale operation, and it's genuinely so good with that in mind, but a bit of hardware standardisation could be a good thing, haha - Habibi's gameplay was like a slideshow, and you've got to imagine it has an affect.
Well played to both competitors, that was really hype. I hope the other competitors feel inspired to challenge these two titans, the runner-up comes back even stronger next season and the winner will continue to impress. Thanks a lot to the organizers. Never expected a map-painting game to be so e-sports :D
there was l'ke th's syntet'c stuff l'ke the ai but with 32 tech everytthing they siege they own it etc. maybe challange aganist them? like most year staned aganist them and defended etc
Listen. My only complaint is Habibi needs to fix his pc. Idc if that's how he feels comfortable playing. You are doing this for fans and if your pc can't run the map mods smoothly then it needs to be illegal. I don't want to see tournaments at 5fps
My guess is that's just discord's stream being bad and it's the fault of habibis internet (or just long distance calls in general), not the computer. I highly highly doubt habibi actually plays the game at 5 fps

Every game needs its Magnus Carlsen.
If Habibi gets banned from EU4 then we have a Magnus
@@electricVGC50 to 34 not even close
@@electricVGC then Florry starts crying about Habibi and withdrawing from tournaments, then we have a Magnus.

i think its safe to say that for season 2 unless Ming has to be played you straight up ban them every challenge.

Florrys camera angle cracks me up whenever I see it 😂

Amazing game, spoilers below
GGs to all competitors, was cheering for florry once again, happy to see him take it home once more undefeated
This was, by far, the most intense multiplayer video I have ever seen. I greatly enjoyed it, and cannot wait for PB S2
I really hope that Zlewik will arrive in next season finale
This was intense and amazing game, Laith & Hawk are great commentating duo :D
after reading the description I can't get out of my mind the picture of Laith and The Red Hawk hosing florry and habibi...
