Since I was diagnosed with Celiac I have been overwhelmed with how much differing information there is. On most Celiac websites it say you can have corn, rice and millet products and they are safe but now I am seeing all of these other people saying that it's not true and you should avoid all of those and dairy products. It gets to the point where you start saying "WTF can I eat then?"
I have the same question eat nothing leads to death and also eat even gluten free making me dying daily. So i choose eat allowed foods and die daily. 😢
I can. Because the alternative is scary. But it took me 17 years to get there. It’s not easy, no one wants to, but… you can. It’s weird, embarrassing and hard to work around. But your body will thank you.

Excellent content. Super helpful. I could gift you my first born !!! Very grateful for this. I realised I have celiac and this really explains what that is.
I haven't been officially diagnosed with celiac or gluten intolerance (yet) because I haven't gone in for tests, but when I cut gluten out a couple months ago, I noticed the following changes within two weeks: - No more brain fog or racing thoughts. Before going GF I had songs playing, thoughts running, etc in my head 24/7. - Chronic skin rashes disappeared within days - Fatigue decreased, but my energy levels still aren't great - Old digestion issues went away. I'm dealing with new ones now because of low fiber from GF, but working on finding a balance. - I stopped getting clogged ears (I'd started getting chronic ear infections as an adult, none as a kid) - I'm no longer taking Advil to deal with the chronic inflammation that was keeping me from thinking clearly - I lost 12 pounds in the first week, returning to my regular weight. That was one of the most shocking changes. I didn't realize I was losing weight, though I was extremely hungry for the first couple of days. I thought the scale was broken! It was like my body just yeeted the weight that wasn't supposed to be on it. - My hair, which was brittle and shedding, is starting to get healthier (with added protein too). - I hope I've saved my teeth from further damage. They've been damaged, and I think at least some of that damage is from gluten. I hope this helps anyone else who has similar symptoms!

My friend has Coeliac Disease Wheat Sensitivity, after consulting an online Biotheraphy treatment, he is able to consume gluten in recommended quantity on daily basis....
I was scoped and blood work 8 years ago and the doctor said that he thought he saw something but diagnosed me NCGS- I went to a doctor just in May of this year dealing with waking up with diarrhea, bloating, typical GI symptoms but my wake up call was vitamin deficiency for years! B12 and D were basically non existent. The new doctor said that if he scoped me 8 years Ago, he would have diagnosed me with celiac- severe damage. My grandmother also died of colon cancer about 10 years ago and we are all convinced she may have had celiac. Don’t mess with celiac!
my son, three years old, first had the antibody test which showed an elevated level of antibodies. to be very sure, the doctor ordered HLA DQ2 gene test which also came out positive. biopsy would've been unsuitable for a three year old. now he's on gluten free diet and the symptoms are slowly fading away. surprising to see that none of the videos about celiac disease are mentioning the HLA DQ 2 test
Very helpful and informative! I’ve had so many of these symptoms for years and have yet to have a doctor properly diagnose me . My sister also has these symptoms but worse than me . Every doctor has overlooked my symptoms and I’m afraid it’s getting worse.
I would just start eating gluten free. I’m awaiting results of biopsy’s and blood. So far the scope of my stomach and small intestine look like celiac so the rest is just for confirmation.
