@@pacwest1000- that's your opinion, but Yngwie is great. He's a guitar legend that deserves a lot of respect. How many 60 year olds can play like this?
Some may say he’s a has been and not sharp or whatever. EOD most of us still enjoys his performances and we know he was the one who started it all. Really wish him to be in pink of health. We lost too many talents early.
He has problem in his pickups (YJM fury) and too many reverbs. If he switch to the traditional fender pickup as he used long ago in 1980s, at least he will sound better. I can discern it very clearly his nowadays pickups are different compared to his 1980s pickups
old fender pickups are crap, these sound miles better, every good guitarist replaces fender pickups especially the texas specials that were stock for a long time
I wish he would accept ageing, he should realize he is older and this is not a good look on a older dude. Look at Paul Gilbert, dressing properly and developing new music and letting his style mellow out while maintaining his shred!
actually I have. What I'm saying is that yeah he is crazy good but to constantly go 100mph loses a lot. It's not something I can listen to.@@cattycats4
Yng still got it and delivers as usual. If you like slow fingers like Clapton or Gilmour, go see them.
Gilmour is still a very good guitarist, plenty of emotions in his licks
@@noobsaibot1234 I do agree
genius and hasnt lost a step in 40 years, always improvising always great showmanship
The master!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
yngwie is so fuckn badass. man. been coming back to his music for like 20 years.
Maestro!! An honor to see you yet again !!
long live the Maestro!!!!
Damn embrace 💪🏼!
Got to see him late 80's early 90's in his prime and those shows were mind blowing!!!
😍😍...🎸🎸🎸....👍👍...🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
Wow
Fuck he’s so incredible
'Over the course of an evening the ear can only hear so many notes.' Has Yngwie become a caricature of himself?
maybe, but he's still way better of a guitar player and performer than either of us will ever be a hundred lifetimes over
@@judaspriestly88 I think he's boring - his back up musicians are boring - it seems like he's bored - just going through the motions
@@pacwest1000 congratulations on your meaningless opinion. give yourself a cookie

@@pacwest1000 - I agree but he is still a king among us for what he did for guitar - he just got old and fat is all .
🏆
Not sure he has enough Marshalls
Is there really such a thing as "enough Marshalls"?
@@FACTBOT_5000 well as he once said... more is more !
@@FACTBOT_5000 Yes there is such a thing as "enough Marshalls" and he has way way way to many ... looks ridiculous ...

No actually Uli Roth and Blackmore started it - Malmsteen took it farther.
Nothing compliments a man like a Big head Strat
Is this a new song? I can barely recognize it 🤪
The Marshall props, Ferrari's, leather pants, and FACE lifts bring it all together into a fascinating and psychotic experience.
That's not very nice, respect Yngwie. He's an all time great.

Yngwie never used Fender pickups in the 80s
I see Ricky Gervais is on Keyboards.

Yngwie is the real deal, that's the way he is and always will be.
PG is great, but a hat and playing blues? Naw...
how can people listen to this? seriously.
you never picked up a guitar before clearly

Different strokes for different folks
Don’t think so! :(
I saw him in Sweden around 1978 and he was a good guitarist. This is not music. This is artistry in the most boring way.
Almost worse than hip hop.
