Hello Mr. Phillips.... I flew mine this morning for the first time with a bit of wind ( about 10mph) had alot of fun. Like it way better than its big brother. landing into the wind was almost at a stop at touch down. Great little plane. Thanks for all You and the Camera Crew do for all of us in RC. Timm
I really like this channel. Want to thank you for a awesome work. It's incredible that you can make something hard as rc flying to look so smooth and easy
Learned to fly when I was 4. My last time flying I was maybe 15. Im 32 and just got my draco! I do feel like a kid again. I love it. It's perfect for my yard. And the neighbors think it's cool and watch all the time.😎
Brian there is not a model that I haven't taken your advise on so far before purchase. . I have the Habu SUS (my crash test dummy plane when Im feeling crazy ) The turbo timber and the awesome flying T-28 1.1 by far my favorite. Love watching your humor and expertise on this hobby. I seen some one else talk about the anxiety when flying their favorite plane and I though it was just me. Keep up the good work man.
Got mine...Love Mine! A couple of notes after about 20 flights: The tail wheel retainer came off, and I was lucky NOT to lose the cool little tail wheel. Maybe check yours, and put a drop of CA on the outside of the retainer. I manged to do a rolling nose-over in the wind, bouncing both of Draco's wing tip lights off some pavement this past weekend. No apparent damage at first, but then discovered it loosened both lenses, with one falling off. I was VERY lucky to find it, so both got a drop of CA, and off we went! Great review, Brian, Thank You! Kim
Right Aileron on my UMX Timber locked up and a crosswind nearly put it out of visual range. SAFE got that plane back from being lost forever. Always preflight check the UMX Timber Evo; especially. Maybe even a post flight check. Unplug and reconnect battery on post flight to check. Am I right Brian?
Wow! I forgot how shiny they are when they've only got a few flights on em. Mine looks like your Baby Draco's grandpa! Wheels all chewed up and muddy. Wings all scraped up. I friggin love flying this plane. Touch n goes will walk on the mains for days! I've got tomorrow off work and I'm planning on burning through all 4 of the 450mAh 4s bats over and over til my legs give out. 😊 Thanks again for getting me hooked, you two. 👍
I can't remember but you had said that ic3 or ec5 or something could mate up with xt30 or xt60 ? But I was looking into getting the rtf kit for this plane it comes with the new spektrum nx7e
Hey Brian, I'm comparing this with the UMX Turbo Timber Evolution & was wondering, in your opinion, which one has the best wind handling capabilities? It's almost always between 8-15mph winds where I live & larger aircraft are out of the question for me unfortunately.
Brian, out of curiosity, how much space do you have there in your front yard? I’m relocating to the Carolinas, and have been considering a place with a bit of land where I can fly without having to drive to the field. Would 1 acre or 1.5 acres be a good size for micros and park flyers in your opinion? The largest planes I fly are 1.3m to 1.5m in size.
I don't think the weather outside will ever dictate what people watch on the internet. I'm sure most people are watching this while at work just like I am now LOL
@Jeroenvdb88 they all get revenue reviews. I like the airtractord LEDs but I love the appearance of the waco. I think you'd not regret owning either 2 of these 3 options.
I may have screwed up. My 450MAH 4s have IC2 connectors which I thought the venom pro duo charger could be used; But online they say only Spektrum charger can link to IC2. I'm screwed aren't I?
We will for sure be there Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (the 15th - 17th). We might come out Tuesday evening depending on flights/rental car/hotel stuff, and we'll probably be out until lunchtime on Saturday before our flight back. Hope we get to meet you!
Hope to see y’all again, will be there around same time setting up on the electric and main line. Son is excited to participate in the combat on electric line 5-6p Thursday and Friday I believe
I'm going to purchase that plane it's the next on my list!!! Out of all my planes I love the eachine warbirds the best I know that sounds crazy because I got some big nice planes but there's less stress with those small ones lol
There isn't thrust reverse ;( or light controller channel, like on the big Draco. I can't say for the DX6i, since I don't have it. Not sure how you'd get the "Forward Programming" to work...but you can probably bind to it, and just use it as you have it. I assume you'd still have access to DSMX, but if not, I believe the Micro Draco will still bind to a DSM2 transmitter. If I were you, I'd seriously consider the NX8...if you're addicted, you will want the 20 channels - ooooohhhhh yeah ;) If you're still not sure you're ready for the plunge, what about the NX7e - way cheaper, and still 14 channels of pure delight ;) Thanks for the [monthly] support, John! We really appreciate you being here too ;)
@@myksanchez1222 IT IS BECAUSE I I TRIED TO TRIM MANUALY AND NOTHING I CAN PROVE IT TO YOU WHEN EVER YOU WANT JUST THROTLE IT UP WITHOUT SAVE ON AND SEE THE ELEVATOR
Check the linkage where the horn goes through the elevator. Mine and others had same issue and found it had alot of play. Tacked it down and no more of that issue

Absolutely love the mini Draco... 😍
Crashed mine this morning😪 the battery got loose and Baby Draco went berserk. Totally repairable tho. Great job Meagan!
Love mine so much I got the 4s 450mah with the JST connectors. Crazy good. Great video enjoyed watching.

Brian, Brian here I laughed when you said a few beverages. IPA Flying is the best. Cheers
Looks like an awesome little plane. So far how has it been holding up. Thinking about getting one.👍👍😎

Can you set up reverse thrust reverse on the micro draco?
Crazy we are at 4s now! On umx
Bad ass little plane I want one

Do u think summer is harder for a TH-camr as people are enjoying the outdoors and activities more? 👍☀️

People faces are always glued to their phones, no matter the weather...
Im wanting a UMX. Well maybe 2 Brian... what you think? Draco and Waco? Or Draco and Airtractor?
these are the exact ones I am thinking about after my first plane (Conscendo) . Draco, umx WACO or umx Air tractor?? what do the pro s say?
@Jeroenvdb88 they all get revenue reviews. I like the airtractord LEDs but I love the appearance of the waco. I think you'd not regret owning either 2 of these 3 options.

OMGOD I want one so BAD, yes yes yes.
I just think you are Amazing, Ihave an Aero Commander, just because of you, my man, ya 2016 ya.
Bought the big one #3

All I fly anymore are UMXs and the eachine planes. Less drama and you can fly them ANYWHERE...
If I have a dx6i transmitter I can run this plane minus the reverse and lights....

howdy from UK :)
How are you dealing with remote ID?
It's below the minimum weight, it doesn't need a remote id.
Anyone tested this with a 4S 450mah?
Wish it wasn't on back order 😢
I fly on 3s with my Carbon Cub S2.....I don't even think it can accommodate 4s

That's not a BIG problem. Trim the elevator, or adjust the pushrod for the elevator...
