@@JoshRehders I think it’s a great show it’s just for me it felt a little like the band was a background to the many soloists on the stage throughout the show. Still a good show tho ( lol a year later I like everything about the show now) I still stand by what I said but they have to be good solos to make it work
Yesterday, our band went to boa and we thought we were gonna do good. But after we preformed, we saw bands like this, and that's when we knew we wouldn't qualify, our band just doesn't have enough players or enough money.
@@recastle8051 I was there too yesterday. I was in the Wylie East High School Marching Band. Although we did score great at 5th Place,we didn't have the amount of money to beat these guys at BOA

I was there, and I have to say the section starting at 6:40 (pas de duex?) was my favorite moment of Grand Nationals last year.

Saw the show live and had to come back to see the Tubas at 7:29
The woodlands is a great band evidenced by their music and visual scores. But I just couldn’t get into the show this year 🤷♂️

My band director actually said that Wylie East was really good and I completely agree, I was surprised when you guys got 5th
