- Welcome to The Follow My Instructions Facility. Research* has shown that following simple random instructions from a professional* can have a very calming effect and even help folks sleep. Given this information, we built a whole facility* dedicated to this concept.
For today’s session I start with some fast-ish instructions and gradually get slower. Some things you'll experience during are:
"Directing your attention to things quickly"
"Follow this and ignore this"
"Guess the trigger"

It's so easy to visualize because simultaneously rolling two balls down a bowling alley in a pea coat is SO something Robert Pattinson would do, and yet so ego-syntonic to ignore because Robert Pattinson would be doing it in such an insufferably ironic-pompous way
Loving the 'follow the instructions' concept, makes my nd brain less likely to get distracted and makes the whole thing even more relaxing ☺️✨🌿

Idea for session 2:
Hide things in background so it's more tempting to lose focus on the object. Like Gengars propped on a picture frame on The wall and has never been introduced other than you mentioning it exists. Like Anti-I Spy
But while focusing on another object you've introduced.
I've started listening to this video for 3 nights in a row and have only now gotten to 'Follow the Gengar, ignore Robert Pattinson' 😂 How do you expect me to fall asleep after that Marno?
This whole video is so freaking good... I rarely get tingles anymore but I got them at literally 5 different points in this vid!! The follow/ignore stuff is golden, and so is the random, unexpected bursts of inaudible whispering... and the sounds are great too... really an amazing video all around!

Fun idea - follow my instructions, but they become increasingly impossible/non-sensical. You could make it a spin-off of your pleasant/predictable series.

I don't know why but if it's a male I can focus on the ASMR more and get tingles but if it's female i kind of just get lost in there gaze after awhile
The focus thing is so hard to keep track of for someone who has adhd. Overall though only stayed awake for 10 mins
