Tbh, it is not new to have non-CS folks get jobs in Software. 13 years back, my friends who had graduated from Electrical and Electronics got jobs at Infosys. Sometimes companies train you to code, sometimes you might have self learned how to code and could still crack interviews. Nonetheless, these guys are doing awesome and that part need not be denied.
Frist time I saw such podcast where both guy expressing their experiences and how efficiently Ishan Bhai ask questions from different aspects and Perspective. And how he tackled and managed both guy . simultaneously........ Such a informative video bro..... Keep it up....
