Hey Daniel, I love to watch your video's. I enjoy tying as much as you. I enjoy your great sense of humor and your happy demeanor. This is a great fly and that is a great idea to use the hackle barbs in a group from a large feathers. You will have saved me some money too. I don't have opportunity to fish the sea now, fresh water is closer to my home. But when I do need shrimp patterns I will be tying them. Hope all is going famously at your new store. I haven't heard lately. Need a new update video. All the best, Sean

Excellent pattern! Looks good in the vice and in the water - and the fish love it.

Great looking fly thanks .... look forward to trying here in estuary fishing here on West Coast of Scotland although much of success locally has been on sand eel imitations. Great video thanks

I use craftfur insted for the speyhackle, it works just like the speyhackle and is Veri lively in the water!

Does it really cost 73 euro? Or is there something wrong with the payment? :)

Hi there Victoria. The reason it is so costly is the Whiting ½ spey rooster cape. Whiting is the only company that can breed this type of feather and that is why the price is so steep. Here is a link to a cheaper version of the same fly: www.bluedotmediashop.dk/product.asp?product=1742
