UPDATE!
I have seen a lot of you guys tell me you cannot see the graphics pack at all in the discord and I do not know why it isn't showing up in the discord at all. The fix for this is to follow the category in the discord and the way you do that is, at the top of the discord you are going to see " Channels and Roles ". Click on it go to browse channels, then scroll down until you see " Fivem " and follow the category.
I promise it is in the discord I still can't figure out why it won't show everyone when they join.
But I hope this helps please pin me in the discord if you still cannot see it.

People need to press on the ^ (but pointing down) after the servers name then press on show all channels and it should be fixed!

What graphics card does this support?
Realistically it supports any graphics card if you adjust the settings well enough.
i cant get too the mod files ur discord is trying to make me download waves browser
where do we put the mods bc it don work when you put it in mods fivem?
it worked but mine has like a grey tint to it idk why yours doesnt look like it in the video. btw i know it worked cuz my guy is running like yours is with a pistol. just has this grey hue to it that isnt easy on the eyes tbh
its the global (useEffect) that makes everything super grey any way to keep it on but turn off the grey?
everything went kinda white and blurry
Try putting the plugins into the GTA folder as well should solve the issue.

My PC is as weak as you can imagine, like a BATATA. Can I put a graphics package on it or keep it as it is, because honesty I am having problems playing even without it?
It depends on the specs. Some pcs cannot handle graphics at all.

what about graphics card
Technically any graphics card can work but for fivem alone a stronger one would be recommended such as a 3060ti.

Why objects from far are black is not that much of an issue but I fw with the graphic pack a lot

Nzxt has extremely good prebuilt pcs on their website. My next build is actually gonna be bought off of Nzxt
