Carving the Keris Sheath

On this occasion, we will show a video about how to carve mini keris sheaths or sheaths.
The material used is sandalwood.
This part is part 3, namely the process of giving decorations in the form of carvings on the sampir of the keris. In fact, on old Mandar kerises, in particular, we have never found any carvings on the sampir. What is usually given is an ornate carving in the form of brass, silver, or gold, depending on who owns the keris. The burial of the carvings on this sampir can be a characteristic of the era from which the sheath of this keris was made.
