Hi Dinesh. I love what you cooked. The food looked delicious. I can see how spicy the curry is when you put it in the pot and you all started coughing, but you didn't say how spicy it was when you all were eating it. I always wondered why they can't make the curry powder finely like a powder rather with that gritty texture so that you have to cook it so long. If I am cooking curried chicken, I would sometimes take out the chicken half way through, strain it, and then put the chicken back in and continue cooking. Sometimes it's just my lack of patience. Your curry powder looks very fine in texture. Wish I had some. Maybe I should try putting it in the ninja and see if I could get it finer. You have a beautiful family. Is that your daughter? Hi Judy, the curry was a little spicy...well for the pepper eaters it would be slight but for the non pepper eaters it would be spicy, guess it depends on your tolerance for pepper. Yes, you could put it in the ninja and get it more fine. The little girl is my neice Araellia and the guy with her is my brother, she also has a 2 month old sister by the name Athaliah, I have a 10 weeks old grandson name Asarian.
