  • This video is sound sample that B3n's preset.
    All pathes is not editted.
All track used jazz bass(5 string bass).
B3n is Only Effector between bass and interface. I didn't use other effectors.
I'm glad if this video becomes your reference.

That was a well put together sampling of the b3n. Presets you chose were great representations of the diversity the b3n has. Your playing complemented the presets well. Have had mine for a year now. Find new sounds every time I go looking.

      Thank you for your comment.
B3n is a good effector that meets our expectations. I thinking to making a video of B3n tones, someday.

I think I made a misstake buying NUX MG400 for bass, when there is this or B6 zoom bass multieffect monster

Thank you for your message, and sorry for the late reply.
If you use headphones, you plugged into "output L/MONO".
To listen to the sound while editing on a PC, connect the USB cable to the B3n and the PC, and connect headphones to the "output L/MONO" of the B3n.
By the way, this video was recorded in the following order.
      >> Bass -> B3n(output L/MONO) -> AudioInterface -> PC and Headphone(monitor)
Also, I used softwares are "ZOOM Guitar Lab"(Editer) and "Studio One"(DAW).

Would this sound the same if I run it through my Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 and my 4x10 cab? I dont wanna use amp sim or cab sim. Just Drive, compressor, chorus and perhaps a decent pre-amp.

I think it isn't the same sound.
The simulator has the goodness of the simulator, and amplifier also has the goodness of the amplifier.
But...Unfortunately, they are not the same goodness.
If you want a similar sound, you may be able to get a closer nuance by selecting the EQ(BassGEQ) at the end.
Or thinking of the simulator as an effector. For example, the SMR400 is characterized by bass and treble. If you use it first, you can use it like a pre-amp. This kind of usage is unique to B3n, and I think it is the strength of this effector.
