This patient would 100% have occlusion and tissue damage if not at risk for cardiac arrest after dangling static for 11 minutes+ this system is overly complicated, and offers no real advantage over a pick off. Especially in this particular situation, why would you go back up when you could go over the edge, hook into PT, and lower to ground level, from arrival on scene to getting to the workspace, rigging and completed rescue should be sub 7min.
