Fascinating place, does feel very different to the wider region. Enjoying your journey - spurrs me on to visit more of this amazing part of the world.

Hello James, many thank yous! I am very glad you are enjoying ❤️ the middle east really is such a unique place. Crazy to think how many civilisations and religions have dawned here. The real centre point connecting the vast continents of Asia and Africa alongside a somewhat traversable sea! Thanks again, see you in the next one 👊

Thank you bernard! The motivation is for sure dropping off now we are coming into the winter 😭 not that I have any excuse here in Pakistan with 25 degrees still!

Great video! I think it does make sense that you have a culture shock as Israel is very westernized and you switch from Islam which has over a billion followers and 50 majority Muslim countries to Judaism which has only 14million followers and only one majority Jewish country. But I truly hope as with all of your travels that you are able to bring and receive love in the area! Can’t wait to see more as now I’ve watched all of your videos.

Hey again Michael! Awesome to hear you are up to date :) I had no idea Judaism was such a relatively small religion, is very interesting nonetheless I had the pleasure to attend a synagogue on Sabbath last week, strange but powerful. And yes plenty of lovely and wonderful people along the way 🙏

I really liked this one. You seem to get used to presenting the places you visit quite well, it felt natural. It is hard to belief that the religions can coexist in Jerusalem more or less peacefully, but outside the city it is so hard to find a good solution...

Hey again noname, hope you are well! I really appreciate your support. Yes crazy to see how many vastly different cultures are crammed in there. I guess the Israelis would say it only works in the city now because they have a firm hand, but there were also generations of different cultures living there harmoniously long before the state was established! Was fascinating hitchhiking across, I got to meet a load of people from both sides- just made it to Cairo a few days ago :)
