Hey Michele! What brand of tortilla do you recommend? I buy Ezekiel because I believe them to be the healthiest, but sometimes they are just too tough and I want something that more resembles a traditional consistency. Any recommendations?
Hey Chelsea! I definitely recommend the Ezekiel as they are truly the healthiest option. I find that they do bend a bit more when warmed. BUT I couldn’t find them when I was getting groceries to film this video 🤪 so I ended up using some from angelic bake house and they were pretty good. And if you can’t find those I’d just say try to find one with the least ingredients out of what you have available. xx
Loved the breakfast salad👍🏾❤️. I would sprinkle some Everything but the Bagel....or the Mrs Dash version Everything But the Salt. What protein would you recommend to go with this?👍🏾

I’ve got a question because I’m a little bit confused with calories counting because in the past I never really did it but now I want to track it so I know how many I approximately have. And the confusing thing for me is the basal metabolic rate. Is that the minimum calorie intake? Or that’s the recommended amount when you don’t have a big level of activity?

They are teenagers now and I am just finding the time to actually take care of me now which is why I have decided to go Vegan instead of vegetarian. It’s me time now.
