Why would I do very little damage?
I mean half damage on any other difficulty would deal most if not all of their health so it’s still really good

For anyone wondering how to get such high stats. Keep beating the game but each time you do it, collect every nornir chest and Yggdrasil Dew.
Every single one after you collect all in your first base game playthrough gives a +2 to a certain stat. Then do the sidequest "Across The Realms" for 30 additional stat points.
I'm currently on my 3rd playthrough. Trying to get a "lore accurate kratos" my goal is infinite cooldown which is possible it just takes time.
And for those of you that just can't stand playing as artreus. You can speedrun all his sections pretty easily since after you collect everything the first time there is no reason to find all his mission specific "missable" chests. Put it on an easier difficulty as well and just speedrun it.
100% each new game + playthrough is not needed since after you upgrade and max out everything the rewards become useless so just keep doing new game + runs and each time collect every nornir chest and dew in the game and start another new game + and repeat.
He's done it 13 times. I will get there eventually lol. It just takes dedication, good luck to those that want to try this you really only need luck for the artreus sections.
even speedrunning the atreus bits, its still very time consuming and boring which kills my motivation to replay the game

I did this in the previous game GOW 2018 and managed to make 102 runs achieving a total of 600 points of permanent strength, 250 of runic, 400 of vitality, 400 of defense, 400 of luck and 400 of cooldown, although the cooldown, when reaching 385 points, it no longer showed a difference in the cooldown reduction even if it reached 400. Now in Ragnarok I have 17 and Kratos' power is already quite high. Now, let me correct you on your attempt at infinite reuse: YOU WILL NOT MAKE IT. Reuse has a limit bro. At most, on runic attacks that charge faster, you'll get a 14 second cooldown like HEL'S TOUCH, but after that, even if you have 10,000,000 cooldown points, you won't see a difference. The same with strength and defense. They have a limit, even if you wear 10,000,000 you won't see a difference, you won't kill an enemy with one hit with strength at that level, unless you put on the entire set of Zeus armor, which is its programmed function. If you will kill an enemy with one hit if you are carrying a very ridiculous amount of runic, that does damage. And luck?? brother, luck is what really makes Kratos powerful, a lot of luck makes any enchantment and special benefit of Kratos' team activated at every moment. 200% proven, because I have done it and reviewed it in detail. As for vitality, that is totally infinite, you can go so far that the bar will turn completely red, because the system will think that you are in critical condition for having an incredibly excessive health bar. You will be immortal.

The gear set that has the perk to refresh runic on use and the blade handles that speed up cooldown on flame whiplash hits. Both those require luck so my plan should work.

And yes, with that equipment you plan to use, you will definitely have everything almost "almost" infinite. The fast reload time, the chance of GIPTUMAÐR's breastplate to regenerate 70% of the cooldown of relics and runic attacks when used, and the glowing recovery handle of the swords; You're going to make a total mess brother. Fortunately, in the GOW RAGNARÖK. luck is more likely to take effect, unlike GOW 2018. I think that with a lucky number of 1000, you already have everything figured out. With 17 races that I have done, I have achieved, with everything and equipment, a total of 718 luck points and the effect is phenomenal!
This is exactly what I expected to happen to most enemies in the game. Instead we get spongy boys all over.

@@lhitman2222 You didn't because there were several that you did actually. The tactic was to use those enemies as literal projectiles and rage meter builders, especially on higher difficulties. On top of that, Kratos wasn't a god in any of the game when you got to play as him. He was a mortal/demi god. So it was reasonable he had trouble with waves of tougher enemies, and even then the enemies he faced that tanked a lot of damage made sense, especially since most were significantly bigger than him like the minotaurs, cyclops and centaurs. Here we have a full God Kratos struggling against a single draugr because of level caps, which by the way is one of the shittiest game mechanics ever invented. Grinding is not fun. It halts the proggression and completely destroys the narrative and immersion, especially in this case when you're suppossed to be playing as a man that killed Titans and gods without even being at full power. In the previous games, enemies got more difficult as you proggressed through the story/levels. And defeating them was rewarding because it took genuine skill. You even got red orbs constantly to upgrade your weapons on average and help you keep up with the enemies naturally (God help you if you played on Titan difficulty tho). Now you gotta grind for gear or else you won't do jack shit to anyone. Hommie went from taking on armies upon armies by himself to being overwhelmed by three nobody monsters the same size as him. Cory Barlog is literally talking out of his ass when he says this Kratos is stronger than his younger version. And the mechanic changes were too drastic in my opinion. If they paned the camera further behind him instead of this weird super close over the shoulder thing, it would've worked and felt better and they could've added more enemies like the previous games. But they decided to make two movies with game mechanics instead of games with cinematic moments like the original trilogy.
@ricardoroman7511 I've played ghost of sparta and there were literally little npc's that you won't immediately one shot ans besides that it's a game that is meant to be hard. Not hard for your npc's

What difficulty are you on ?
I did it on GMGOW with lv 9 Berserker armor and Berserker relic, as long as you react carefully to her attacks, it goes rather smoothly.
Do you go out of your way to pick up all nornir chests in each ng+ playthrough or do you just speed run the main story? Like have you 100%ed the game 13 times to get such high stats?
Most definitely collected the Nornir cheats and dews
That’s literally the only reason to do multiple NG+ playthroughs
I don't think your stats will go higher if you don't get those chests since they contain most of the stuff to upgrade your armors and weapons to actually get stronger. I could be wrong tho as I have only finished NG+ twice and I've always collected them on my runs

I see you used wrist and waist armor to boost ranged damage. Is that △charged strike (sorry can't remember the skill name lol) counted as ranged? The game mechanism is a bit of a myth to me 😂

@@jaycarrillojc I got an answer from another TH-camr that does similar things - this attack count as melee and therefore many of the buffs he used were to buff melee attacks. The 2 pieces armor are just to boost cooldowns for the "3+1" amulet damage bug which has been patched now.

No. To have those stats you need to play the NG+ more than once. I played and finished NG+ yesterday. Fights were VERY challenging. Gna was tougher than Berserker king though.
Kratos if he actually didn't hold back so much he had physical fatigue.
Im not in ng + but after i open all the normir chest i will start playing ng+ but if my stats are not maxed out will the be buffed in ng+ ? Also From where do i get this build ?

It's simple in every playthrough you get around 100 to 110 stat points by opening Nornir chests and Collecting yggsdril dew drops, also don't forget to complete side quest Across Realms for extra 30 additional stat points. Hope that's Answer the question
No matter how hard I try, even when I put the same exact upgrades with the same maxed out stats I could never get those heavy damage hits always gotta beat the bosses the hard way. What am I doing wrong?

1st check out his stats in the top left when he checks his gear are your stats that high?
Also he never showed difficulty so very likely he's on a law difficulty

How were able to get past the atrociously boring, annoying and obnoxious saga of Atreus in Jotunheim so many times? Picking fucking fruit AYFKM, I wish they would've at least made atreus' armor and bow upgradeable to level 10 as well if they were gonna make him playable that way you could at least get through his playable parts faster and are a little more tolerable. Maybe in a new update they can fix or add that or something.

They use it for the cooldown stat to buff the asgard enchantment perk. So no, the might set would give a worse result.
