Personally, I thought the transition back into 'Canon in D' was seriously ho! Cool, Daddy-O. Really swell too. DI-no-MITE! Really BOSS! To the MOON Dude! (What the heck does "ridiculously chill" mean?)
In Johann Pachelbel"s Canon in D, seems like the motion is slightly behind the sound at the beginning...weird to follow the beat while watching, but besides that, this is no doubt a 5* performance! Amazing harmony and inclusion of various highland music and dance elements. This could easily be a recruiting video to spark interest in any PB. Well done!!
wow, really amazing! and if there is anyone left to say that you can't play a classical piece on the pipes, met him show this video... btw, is there anyone who has the sheet music for this? i really want to learn to play this!!
This (Pachelbel's Canon) must have been so hard to play for each piper; timing is essential. I'd love to try this in my pipeband, Can anyone kindly tell me where I can get a score?
arrrgghhh im trying to write this down but the video and the audio don't match up which isn't ideal for picking out the different parts by peaking at fingers. very good band though, competed a wee bit against them at Juvenal level. they're good. always gave us a run for our money.
I have to admit, the transition back into 'Canon in D' near the end was ridiculously chill.
