I've had mine two years and used it alot . Was a bit pissed off when it decided to completely stop but surprise surprise parkside won't honour their warranty. Even though I had the receipt. The receipt is heat sensitive and you could hardly read it . They said it wasn't for the grinder. I managed to get an old cordless drill and put the motor in that . I was lucky that time . I've spent about £800 on their 20v range with 12 off 4 amp batteries, two drills, 3 impact drivers, 1 power saw ,1 impact wrench, 3 SDS drills several quick double chargers and a few single chargers. I have now 3 off these angle grinders plus some other stuff in this range and always keep the receipts in their cases . The reason I have so much is because I find them good quality and won't cry over them if one goes missing at work. I've seen grown men cry when their £300 DeWalt gets damaged or stolen. I have bought cheap knock off cordless angle grinders so others who work with me can use . I think there good value but don't expect them to honour the warranty.
Make a picture of the receipt, make a screenshot of your bank payment. Keep the receipt in a dark vault from a good brand (not parkside) ;) When you go to the counter to get warranty, bring a parkside chainsaw for faster service.

Hi Andrew, Are these the 4 Ah that you fit in the case, or the 2 Ah ones, please? Cheers.
Just bought 1 of these on offer for €15 , how could you leave it behind at that price, also has bigger max rpm than old 1 it's replaced
Pay off vs performance version?
Great tool. One of the most useful items I have bought.
