Best method is to wash brown rice , soak it for 4 hrs, drain and dry it not directly in the sun but in the shade. Store it in a container once it has throughly dried. Each day take the quantity of brown rice you require and cook it in the pressure cooker as shown in the video. This is the method I have been following for several yrs. Foolproof. And a friend of mine after soaking, and drying, breaks it using pulse in a blender into a coarse rawa which she pressure cooks like in the video.
