i discovered your videos maybe a week ago now and i was in the middle of a slight meltdown about school and all those things. my first year of college ends in about 3 days, looking ahead at this summer is exciting but truly scary... idk, it seems like w out school or anything i dont have that much discipline and i have to figre out what to do with my days. ofc its always fun to look ahead at a clear sky and wonder whats in store for the day but im a little nervous for some reason. ive found a lot of comfort in your music playing, cinematography and dynamic with ur family. u seem like such a sweet guy and trust me, youre going to meet so many people along your way. youll cross paths with so many walks of life and things wont feel so so bad anymore. im supper happy you get to travel and create things on the side. what youre putting out is so heartwarming and creates a spark in my heart. im sure many can say the same :) this summer, one of my projects is making a polaroid book of different people i meet ;)))) anyhow, thanks for making my little corner of the world a lot brighter ;))

Great job on the channel, and good, strong effort on the challenge! The way I look at it: if you complete the goal, even just one time, you never have to prove it to yourself again. Next time you do it, remember that if you stop short of the finish line you need to do it over again; but if you just get through those toughest last few hours and minutes, then, you're done with that exercise of will power. Hi Finn! 👋🏻 😊 next time you wanna unplug you have so many options and you need to plan your day out before you go phoneless. Also, watches and clocks (battery powered! 😂) are helpful for telling time 😂😂😂 but I do all kinds of things like read a book, write a song, a poem, play board games, sit and talk to family or a friend, practice mindfulness and meditation, the ocean is your backyard. Find a new way to look at it by simply looking longer. Notice the details of life. There’s so much around us at all times. It’s easy to embrace if you can practice on letting it in. You’re awesome, can’t wait to see what the rest of your life looks like if we all go VanLife with you. 😊Peace and love my friend ❤

I tried to go 24 hours without my phone today and I remembered that I was doing the challenge today at like 10 am while I was on my phone, so I turned it off, hopefully until 10 am the next day but then I was just sitting down and realized I’ve been on my phone today and I forgot all about the challenge so I failed 😣 but I’m gonna try it again tomorrow

I just bought an RV a few months ago. I will be traveling around soon. I think you will love van life Finn! I could see from your travels and experiences that you love adventures to unknown territories!
Finn you did great! Remember, it’s not all or nothing you are living on a sailboat, it’s your only connection to the outside world! Set a healthy limit, discuss with your family; 1 hour a day 2 hours some days, does not sound unreasonable. We are thoroughly enjoying your videos though, keep them up, can’t wait for your van life. One thing i have gained from your channel AND YOUR PARENTS IS . MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TIME TOGETHER FINN WITH YOUR FAMILY. My brother and sister are all in our 50's almost and we pretty much know nothing of each other . Ima man by the way to so just like ur family 2 boys and a girl but as children we never spent time together which i thank your parents for doing by putting everyone on a boat and get to know each other.

dude I would be a supporter of the van life! I always wanted to know what other states have to offer besides my state Idaho (which by the way has beautiful sceneries in the summer) but I definitely think you should do what makes you happy, regardless what we as fans support of :)

I lived out of my SUV for 5 months and traveled..and loved it. Back in December I bought a house and now wish I were back on the road car camping. I took my little pup and we went car camping into the Wichita Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma and to Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park also in Oklahoma..beautiful.. I’ll be exploring the new state I live in more. You idea to live in a van and travel is valid.
Yeah Finn, you’ve seen so much of the world, but man, the states is beautiful. So many people from here dream of Europe or Asia and we have one of the most interesting, unique and one of the kind places to visit here in this beautiful country! Get the van man and enjoy the ride! 😊

I lived out of my SUV for 5 months and traveled..and loved it. Back in December I bought a house and now wish I were back on the road car camping. I took my little pup and we went car camping into the Wichita Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma and to Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park also in Oklahoma..beautiful.. I’ll be exploring the new state I live in more. You idea to live in a van and travel is valid.
