    As always you always make me feel so normal about how I do some thing that often feels so different from everything I’m seeing. I am very reliant on context of my days and you always help me to say that that is OK. Good days and bad days, busy days and boring days, it’s nice to see what I am looking to and how I am getting myself and my family and friends through the things we all live through. Not sure if that makes sense but I’m hoping it does. Thank you so much for this review. Even though it probably seems like some thing not so important it is very special to say that I am not the only one that does it in this sort of way. Keep being you!

    I am using a weeks + stalogy combo as well. I have started to use the weeks for all future planning and for my weekly overview. I used a cousin before and I really enjoyed using that weekly view but after weeks and weeks of using it, it became a little too much to keep up so that's when I reverted back to a stalogy plus weeks. I love the freedom of the stalogy. And then the structure of the weeks is just very convenient. Also if I am going somewhere I just take the weeks which takes up way less space than my stalogy (although often I bring both) and then I can also do appointments. Also since I go through multiple stalogies in one year, I like to keep yearly things in the note pages of my weeks (so things like finance, reading lists, wishlists, collections anything with a scope longer than three months).

      I find the Cousin weeks layout so nice to look at, but it's too much space for me lol. Your Stalogy and Weeks system is pretty much what mine is/will be for 2022. So happy to have narrowed it down to those two!

    Perfect timing!! I'm in need a change for my planner system (or at least a bit of tweaking) and your videos are always so inspiring! I even go back and re watch your old ones sometimes. I was just discussing the 5 year journal with my oldest daughter today and want to get her one as a gift... Hopefully she can start it next year as it will be her last year in high school and then her transition into adulthood.

    • @Daksina

      Aww thank you🥰 That would be a lovely gift and something so nice for her to look back on. My daughter has a 3 year one that she fills in before bed every evening and we love looking at the previous year’s memories!

    Love how you said "sidekick to my stalogy" That's the best way to describe it. This year I'm using a scrap piece of paper for remembering future dates, but I just received a weeks planner as "my sidekick to my A6" for next year :) I'm so behind on your videos so I've been trying to binge watch this week LOL great job as usual!

    I use my weeks exactly the same way! With two littles, I can't even carry the b6, so it serves as my on the go, and you really can't beat the weeks for quickly writing things down or looking at your calendar on the go, etc. It also serves as my "constant" in the sense that all my important appointments and anything I may need to reference later go in the weeks and that way, whatever planner I was in then, it doesn't matter (I don't need to remember which stalogy or which system), I know it's all in my weeks :)

    How many stalogy notebooks do you go through in a year? Do you print off the months calendar and tape it in? What tape do you use?

    • @Daksina
      @Daksina  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      3 notebooks a year. Yes, I either glue them in or tape them in. I just use a double-sided roller from my local craft shop.

    Thank you Daksina for sharing your system! :). So encouraging and inspiring. Right now I am using my Hobonichi Cousin (cut down to B6 size) for my work calendar and journaling. Im using my A6 Stalogy for my daily to do's and family calendar. I found that I was struggling to fill in my daily pages in my B6 so the A6 size is working out great.... for now. for 2022 I plan to use my B6 Stalogy for work/journal pages and continue using my A6 for the short daily pages. We'll see if that works :) the beauty of it all is that we can change and rearrange planners to work for our needs. :).
