I'd check the clearance between the fan paddles and the band, also the sides of the fan have openings to let air in make sure they aren't plugged. With all that being said every time we chop haylage with our 6910 it makes me want to sell it, but then in corn it works good so we keep fighting with it.
@@weyerdairy7881 that's a bummer, ours plugs between the knives and the blower usually. Our neighbor has a 6750 and never has trouble. A friend of ours had a 6750 and had a lot of trouble with it plugging so he got a 7200 instead and likes it. Not sure why some work and some don't but it sure is frustrating.
Yea that's normally where it plugs I think first cutting only plugged it 6 times and it seems to plug at least once in corn silage it builds up after the processor and that really makes a mess
