Left Chief Mungule's area in the 1990s and I have not be back since. I visited Lusaka in 2013 for a few days, but I didn't go along that road, but stayed in Chelstone. I think I need to visit next year. I now stay in Joburg, SA
Nice motorway!! In Uk I never see such poster cluttered all over and I think the councils would take them down as they are seen as an obstruction and could cause accidents.

If ECL goes through I am proposing he just drops some wrong chaps for ministerial positions and picks the right people as cabinet ministers.
