Is there a 60fps on a basic ps4 ?
No, its 30fps on stock PS4s

It does, yes. I'm not sure how well it maintains it, but it's there.
@@GastonTheStallion Thanks :) ... because if thee are unlocked fps on the ps4 version you can play it at solide 60 on ps5 with backwards compatibility

No it doesn't, it's capped at 30fps even on PS5
