This distillery took their IPA beer and made a whiskey. Interesting?

This distillery took their IPA and made a whisk(e)y. Interesting to say the least. This single malt is aged for 6 years and then hop flavored.
I like trying different whiskies to diversify my pallet and learn how different methods, change the flavor. This one is not my favorite, but definitely excited my taste buds on a different flavor profile.

Beer is overlooked. The microbrews have some very interesting flavors and do cool stuff. But I’m about to pop a Busch latte 😂
