I made a luxurious basket with my own hands from a jute cord
In this video I will show you how to make a beautiful basket with your own hands from a jute cord. For the base I used a cardboard box. It was cut to a height of 4 centimeters. I attached pairs of wooden skewers and darts to the edge of the box. I braided the skewers with two colors in a checkerboard row. The wire was bent and made into handles for the basket. In the next step, I wrapped the handles with masking tape and then wrapped them with cord. The edges of the basket were decorated with a braid, which was previously woven from jute cord. The bottom of the basket was covered with felt, and the inside of the basket was covered with fabric.
