It always makes me happy to see Lilly. I'm in my 70s and I am hopping to still be around to see how she grows up, and if she helps Rory in the workshop.
She WILL have a LOT of awesome stories to tell! Six years from now she'll be telling some young man AND he will make the mistake of "Calling BS!" She'll say "Hold on for a minute." "Hey Dad, can you come outside for minute?" Dad: Sure NO PROBLEM!
@Dave Sanders Kinda like when I was talking to someone about relationships. I said I'm free to do as I please don't have to ask permission and do as I please. He said yeah right, I said hold on. Called my wife on speakerphone and asked her...she said yep pretty much...ok that's all bye. LOL he was shocked and confused.
Don't take it wrong, it's not winning any beauty contests, but that truck and your driving skill are 2nd to none. It's amazing what you get that truck to do.
I can only imagine what a relief it is to be a customer stuck up there like that all alone and then seeing The Roy rescue convoy showing up. Good job guys and I’ll see you on the next one!
Rory!!! I am the proud owner of the first ever signed Moab Motorsports shirt! My buddy Mike was driving thru Moab on his way to Texas and he stopped for the night and slept under the stars. While he was there I told him he's gotta find Moab Motorsports and see if your there and then he found you on the side of the road thanks to the unmistakable Trail Mater. Thank you Rory for signing my shirt and thanks MacDaddy (my buddy Mike) for hunting down Trail Mater!
It's a good thing you had supervisor Lily along for that one or you guys woulda never made it. Good job everyone and always great to see Lily's little smile!!
Oh what Lilly's driver education teacher will go through when she does driver's education. 🙂 Great to see the two of you getting more time together. And a great recovery too. 👍
I gotta say, I've been watching this and several other similar channels for a while now. There is some truly beautiful and unique scenery in that part of the country. But those landscape shots from the trip in at the beginning of this video? I swear it knocked me out of my chair! The kind of stuff from fever dreams or comic books for real. Wow. Sometimes you get to wondering what the hell these people are doing out there, why are they driving out in these places? Then I see something like those crazy dome things or the wild spires of rock jutting up at unnatural angles and it's like, oh. I get it. Just stunning. Nice work as usual from you guys. Moab motorsports for the win. Thanks for sharing this stuff. Amazing work in amazing places from some amazing people.
And what is really a shame, big city people in Washington DC try to tell us what to do out here in the west. They have no idea that we don't care about their big city ways and restrictive laws.
@@rd4660 really though, it's not just big city ways and stuff. It's all about entitlement. They live in a bubble and want to control everything they possible can and buy imposing their will, it allows them to control other people and things. And they feel they are entitled to do this. That they know better than you. They can tell you how to run your business or your family or whatever because of you knew how to do it right, then you would be there doing what they do instead of being where you are doing what you desire. Absolutely insane the way people are thinking nowadays. Unless you have all the money and influence you're irrelevant to them and their plans. Just an inconvenience to squash or a mess to clean up so that the picture they present is what they want it to be instead of what is real and needs to be seen.
Cool to see Lilly riding shotgun again. You slid that rig right out of there. GPS is indeed a blessing and a curse. Always check your route before it leads you astray.
Since first seeing the semi awkward, "talking warning" videos to these recent ones, its so much fun seeing more of y'all's personalities come through! The laughter and camaraderie on this crew is awesome to watch and incredibly entertaining. Thank you for letting us join you!
We knew he had it in him. Great to see he brought it out and is having fun with it 😂. Wow, Shawn is a magician. That was great. Can't forget Lily and Mike. Mike's camera work is fantastic and the little interviews and narration he does really adds to the fun.
Beautiful little lady you have with ya. I took my son with me every time I went off road from his age of 3 to about 10. Great memories that I'll always remember.
Good recovery; but there's nothing better than the look on a little kids face when they feel they are a real part of a loving family. You're the bomb, pop!
What amazing views on the drive in! thank you Mike for capturing that. What an awesome rescue!! Excellent driving by everyone! Seeing Rory yank that Camper and Truck up the hill was impressive. Trailmater is a beast!
I really enjoy your vids..... Although Matt and Paul are building some seriously cool tow trucks, I find it hard to believe they will be able to overshadow mater considering how tested he is. Maybe after a long time of testing them they might have what it takes but in the real world, the tested machine will almost always outperform the new equipment.
The desert looks super green after all rain and flooding. That was also a good, complicated training for the Olympics. Rory also had dad shoes with white socks, even though it was rainy. LOL.
Trail mater is such an awesome piece of equipment, really showing it's stuff pulling that big camper and that full sized 4 door pickup out of a tight spot 👍
While other wreckers are being built in shops, TM is out and about kicking ass and taking names... Another extreme recovery done the way this crew does it! Easy peasy! Drama free and safe! Everyone home safe every time!
Big block torque!!! Impressive. In 1974 I was a senior in high school. I put a 396 in a 62 corvette. It was a blast banging through the gears with a 4 speed and 4:56 gears.
Watching every video from Wenatchee Washington. Lily is the cutest trail mechanic ever. Great job Dad. I taught mine to turn wrench at 7. We over 3 summers rebuilt a 1980 Honda Goldwing into a Cafe racer.
GPS: Keeping recovery companies in the black, world wide. I have an idea, lets call it GMPS. Global Miss-Positioning System. I resist using it because I'm so old school, I still know how to read a map. The three amazing recovery amigos git er done again. Don't forget Lily. Thanks for posting.
I’ve never seen a trailer pulled from the rear before. But lifting up and sideways slid it back onto the road quite well. Good job as always, love Lilly’s smile.
Good recovery. I like having GPS for finding places locally, but not for anything of any distance. Call me old fashioned, but paper maps still work for route planning. Nice to see Lily having some Dad time. Thanks for sharing
I used my offroad GPS when I was in Moab, but also carried the Moab trail guide with me. Thank fully I had it on one trail where the GPS got me lost and wanted to take me down into an area that was definitely only meant for extremely built buggies and get me killed 😅. The trail guide got me back on track.
I watched that wide eyed and shaking my head at the entire scenario. You would think common sense would kick in at some point, but obviously not. He did do a heck of a job driving. Also, that storm reminded me of the coolest storm I have ever seen. It was in the Needles. It was summer and middle of the day. It hailed about 6" and then the sun came out. Half the sky was as dark as night, other half was bright blue with a distinct line separating the two halves. The ground was white from the hail and the rocks were so bright red, they looked like they were on fire. And there was a double rainbow stretching from horizon to horizon, every color distinct. That was about 20 years ago. Thanks for reminding me!
Trail Mater and the Blue Wrecker give a whole new meaning to the words Monster Truck! A complex job, for sure, and again the power is as much under the hats as it is under the bonnets of the trucks!
Now that was a pretty sketchy predicament those people got themselves into. Good thing you guys came to their rescue. ALWAYS nice to see Lilly 🧒 coming along with you Rory.
What a beast Trailmater is! Towing a full size travel trailer AND a full size Chevrolet up that steep hill! I hope they make a thumbnail of Trailmater in the air, sweet, and still pulling! I have a love/hate relationship with GPS. You really have to watch as it can really do you dirty, getting you way lost and in a colossal jam. Lilly is a great mascot ❤️ You guys keep on wheelin'!! Stay safe and GOD bless
It's so funny to see Lily. Just out on a leisurely drive with Dad. I know my kids would be bouncing around like crazy commenting on every little thing that they saw. You're really cool kid Lily.
What a team, and you didn't keep saying you thought we were going to die, or this is worse then I thought, because the difference is you know what your doing !!!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!
Gotta love the GPS....keeps ya busy. Head set communication is awesome. For those crappy days, you need a snap on roll up door/window on your rig... like on a dune buggy, jeep or boat sorta thing. Put them behind the seat with your tarp. Cheerz 🍺
I use the Sena Bluetooth headsets on my boat. No yelling back and forth. People always comment how easy it seems when we have to backdown or squeeze the stern in someplace. Rear view camera and hot mic headsets!
I see you had the Mike & Shawn show in the blue tow truck lol . & Rory in his favorite seat in TRAILMATER with lily . Lily always steals the show with her smile ! Another great rescue another great video
OMG I have never witnessed such a recovery as this. This is incredible! You executed this perfectly. Matt can brag all he wants about pulling some motor coach out of the sand like Santa's reindeer, but this is real! No one else could have done this for these people Rory.
Really? You don't think anyone else can tow a truck and trailer up a hill? It wasn't that complicated. It looked impressive because of the way he did it but a kinetic rope would have achieved the same result.
Matt has done some real difficult recoveries using wenches on his vehicles sitting in precarious spots near the edge of the road. He has had some rescues that were nightmares so I don't know the reason you want to criticize anyone's work. I don't think he brags about it. He comments on some jobs that it wasn't as tough as he thought it might be.
wet sage is an aroma that I often forget exists....until I see the great landscapes and views that Rory, Mike and Shawn provide to us. Super enjoyable scenery as always.

Got your best trail partner with you I see but you have got her in a bad spot. Fortunately you got your team team with you and the blue tooth communication is available to help get you through and back on the road. Thanks for the video and get her safely home..
She is too cute as co-pilot you could possibly have that smile is infectious❤❤❤
The smile on Lilly’s face every time she is with you is totally awesome!
Thanks for taking us along Rory

Great Dad. Awesome recovery. Ya need a Lilly cam!!!! Great Team.
Just look at how much easier it went once Rory turned his flashy lights on. Good call Shawn.
wow you gay guys really stick together
Don't take it wrong, it's not winning any beauty contests, but that truck and your driving skill are 2nd to none.
It's amazing what you get that truck to do.
Cherish every moment with your little one. She so resembles my littlest (no longer little).
I love that you pan the camera around in your videos to show the absolutely awesome landscape you get to work in. Thank you!
Definitely wise decision to bring both wreckers! love watching masters of their craft getting er done 😎👍
I can only imagine what a relief it is to be a customer stuck up there like that all alone and then seeing The Roy rescue convoy showing up.
Good job guys and I’ll see you on the next one!
It's good to see a father spend time with his daughter, even if it is at work. Family time is a good for all. 🇺🇸👍
It was wonderful seeing Lily there with you Rory ❤️ Awesome recovery you and your team do an amazing job!
That truck never ceases to amaze me.
But I still think it's 90% Rory's will power that makes the truck able to do the things it does.
Rory!!! I am the proud owner of the first ever signed Moab Motorsports shirt! My buddy Mike was driving thru Moab on his way to Texas and he stopped for the night and slept under the stars. Add me to the Team Lilly crowd! These videos are always awesome, but it’s just a bonus when she’s on camera!
The Shawn and Mike show at the very end was worth the price of admission.
Rory, you are truly blessed, just take a look at the smile on Lillies face while you two are cruising along. Great work on the recovery as well
It's a good thing you had supervisor Lily along for that one or you guys woulda never made it. Good job everyone and always great to see Lily's little smile!!
Lilli cuteness overload!
Oh what Lilly's driver education teacher will go through when she does driver's education. 🙂 Great to see the two of you getting more time together.
And a great recovery too. 👍
Coupla years she will be heel-n-toe-ing the Mater on her own rescues. Then, watch out!

Cool to see Lilly riding shotgun again. You slid that rig right out of there. GPS is indeed a blessing and a curse. Always check your route before it leads you astray.
Better get the rock out from in between the dual wheels passenger side lolthanks BigAl California

Not bad for a tired old Chevy 😊though forsure it would break a axel shaft the way it was hopping.
Beautiful little lady you have with ya. I took my son with me every time I went off road from his age of 3 to about 10. Great memories that I'll always remember.
This channel should be at 500 thousand subscribers by now.
Definitely one of the top 3 Utah channels.
👍👍👍
Extra traction from the rock jammed in between the right duals...Great job
Awesome long shots of Trail Mater pulling that trailer up the hill!
Good recovery; but there's nothing better than the look on a little kids face when they feel they are a real part of a loving family. You're the bomb, pop!
This was a fun one guys...plus the bonus of Lily and Sean was doing magic tricks too!
Yup, I know Sean's bit with that clevis had to be magic 'cause I can't make it do that!! 🤣👍
another great daddy daughter day. her smile is the best

I hope you guys got your Mountain Dew I left for ya. Best recovery channel on the tube. Nice work boys. From Oregon
Hell yeah! Thank you for the mountain dew!
Awesome footage when Rory was on 3 wheels inching along. Well done guys. The Mater don’t play !!
love it , "so suck it automatics" Rory u nailed it!
Watching every video from Wenatchee Washington. Lily is the cutest trail mechanic ever. Great job Dad. I taught mine to turn wrench at 7. We over 3 summers rebuilt a 1980 Honda Goldwing into a Cafe racer.

@ 15:50, it almost looked like Sasquatch got out of Blue and disappeared in the brush 🤣
That was awesome how u worked the clutch and the wench without roasting the clutch having the wireless headsets make are a must have
That was surprisingly effective, I didn't think Keystones were built that well, guess they've improved since the last one I owned.
WOWZERS!
We always knew Trailmater was a capable rig.....................but this just shows how capable that rig REALLY is!
nicely done and with the greatest co-pilot on the channel., Lily, of course. Sorry Mike.
Great recovery when I say things about cables it not your doing bad things it for folks that's not been around them
Absolutely Incredible Scenery on your way to that rescue....Another great recovery by the team 👍
Every time I watch one of Rory's recoverie, I learn something new.
Rory it is Awesome seeing Lilly with you and y'all did a Awesome job
Hi all. Great to watch. Yes he did back up that hill very well. Good job guys
Beautiful place, beautiful weather. Not comfortable but beautiful! Thanks
It's always great to see Lily, but has anybody else seen how much Rory gleams when she is with him. Just Awsome!!
I watched that wide eyed and shaking my head at the entire scenario. You would think common sense would kick in at some point, but obviously not. He did do a heck of a job driving.

Trail Mater and the Blue Wrecker give a whole new meaning to the words Monster Truck! A complex job, for sure, and again the power is as much under the hats as it is under the bonnets of the trucks!
Love the ones that you gets to take Lilly along, my daughters were all just as tagalong/watch/help dad as the boys were
trailmater popping a wheelie, steering by winch pull, is the baddest thing I've seen this week
Great scenery, nice recovery, wonder why someone would try to take a rig like that in that location. Thanks guys - and Lilly.
That was one heavy recovery.
The 1400 pound front heavy trail mater was lifting its front wheels.
Good job team and one happy customer.
It's nice to see you guy's with a cup of coffee first thing this morning.Thank's for making these video's.I always look forward to them.
Now that was a pretty sketchy predicament those people got themselves into. Good thing you guys came to their rescue.
ALWAYS nice to see Lilly 🧒 coming along with you Rory.
I love today's episode of the Mike & Shawn Show
What a beautiful place, looks so different. One day this Dutchy will visit Utah!

Mark of achievement, nobody died! You guys are fantastic. Nice headphones!
👍👍 Great to see Lily again.
You never cease to amaze with what your able position and move. Allways a BONUS when we see Lilly along!!!
Great to see Lilly tagging along.
Great job on the this rescue Rory. Customer did a fine job as well. Nice to see Lilly again.
Cheerz 🍺
Lucky you decided to bring both wrecker Rory! Great job Rory, Shawn snd Mike. You Beat the storm ! Great yo see Lillie. Sees growing up fast! 🤙😎
Awesome GPS
Trail Mater was the star of another made to order trail rescue.
That was quite the procedure to get that backed up and turned around.
Lily always looks like she is having fun. Great job and it was great to see Lily, she is getting bigger from the last time. Thanks for making.

@@loosemoose9799 I know, that's why both Matt and Rory are so popular on TH-cam. They both do things that not many can do.
Good job cameramans. Nice fall colors.
Trail mater is a BEAST! Pulling that trailer and 2500 truck up that incline like it wasn't even there. Another banger of a video, thanks for sharing!
I knew you would succeed so I watched the scenery while you were pulling the rig up the hill 😊!
Fun times in Moab! Nice to see the special guest along.
wet sage is an aroma that I often forget exists....until I see the great landscapes and views that Rory, Mike and Shawn provide to us. Super enjoyable scenery as always.
Matt and Paul don’t stand a chance in a true “Tow Truck” Olympics! Awesome rescue!
Great call Mike! They were in a terrible spot
👍seeing the power of the pull, magnificent
Dude! I mean duuude! As a fellow rver and as someone who got stuck in moab myself… i wish there was a person to have slapped common sense into me when that happened. One minute i was tired and next i spent 16 hours waiting for a tow at needles.
That trailer will probably never be square again but at least you got him out.

Good work guys ! And still no crappy music ! Yea !
We have the boss Lilly with you. Great job bringing her.
Got your best trail partner with you I see but you have got her in a bad spot. Fortunately you got your team team with you and the blue tooth communication is available to help get you through and back on the road. Thanks for the video and get her safely home..
