This is why it’s confusing: The Ciel they would be referring to as a child isn’t our Ciel. Sirius changed his name to Ciel after his older brothers death and stole his identity. So when they refer to Ciel is types of videos they are doing the wrong twin.

(!No replies, I don't like it when there are replies in my comments thank you.) Wait is the character called Ciel is it "Ciel's" twin? In case you're asking why I'm questioning this is because !spoiler I guess: Ciel and "Ciel Phantomhive" are twins Our Ciel is not called Ciel; but the name Ciel is his twins real name so our Ciel's name is unknown he is just known as "Ciel Phantomhive".
(Hope it's not confusing and if you don't like spoilers then don't read this comment please.) I forgot Our Ciel is known as Sirius.
