When you think about that they probably been with them for a few years now and watched all of them grow up, it probably feels like watching your child / younger family members grow up
imagine, these staff have taken care of them since they were literal young kids, and watched them grow up in front of their eyes. we alr find dream so lovable and adorable, so imagine how much their staff must love them, almost like their real children
thats especially true of the manager. Usually when groups are formed in companies a manager or more than one is assigned to them that work exclusively with that group and they work with them during trainee and after debut so often times the manager is considered a father figure to them since they go into an agency at young ages and dont see their biological family that often because of the busy work schedules and the lack of understanding family and anyone on the outside of the industry would have about things like stress, hardships etc. The person who has all that experience and more and experiences that with them is the manager further deepening that bond. So when you have someone who works with and in some cases live with you and they have been with you from teen to adult and beyond it often cements a family-style relationship in which they truly love and care about you, far beyond what is required of you from your job. Some of these people will continue doing the job for their idol members without pay because they care about them. This is also why im not fond of fans attacking the group's managers, you guys often have no idea what is happening or what the issue is. Keep in mind when people build strong relationships like that, any harm placed does hurt all the affected parties. Attacking the manager can also hurt the members to because they love them aswell. Example: you love your siblings and parents if someone hurt them you would be hurt too, so why do that to someone else?
Jisung also shared that back then in their dorm there were 8 mosquitoes when they were sleeping and manager hyung catch all of that. He also said that his manager told him to be careful when he listens to songs (on v-live) as he could get caught on copyright issues. Stories like this are somewhat funny but it shows that the managers are just protecting them. We all know the issue about staffs not allowing the members to do what they want but I think it's for the members safety.

I've watched a group of reactor where they can't react to NCT 127 Chain Japanese version because of strict copyright policy so they use the korean version. They are trained to be polite. Idols are supposed to be polite but some do not, as accounted for by other artists if u liten to accounts or podcasts.
haechan once said that when they are still trainees , everytime the staff or trainer (not sure) wants to scold at the older member, they will ask the dreamies to leave the training room because they are still kids and that's not good for their mental health.

you can tell that dreamies are close with their managers, I believe not just dream even 127 and wayv! their managers now are not strict unlike before during 2016-2018 rookies era when they're still starting... where it feels like they're so overly controlled, their manager seems so mean or rude but now you can see that nct have their freedom to do anything they want during vlive //but still limited/ they laugh, they joke and talk anything they want. True. Even if they're limited, I couldn't 100% blame it to the managers either unless if they're truly rude. They just doing their jobs and could be fired if they're just let idols doing anything they want. Even if they were just doing their job you still find bonds with people you work with over time.. so you end up caring for them but what nct usually says about their manager and their relationship you can see that it’s not just business ... you love these guys base on what you see in videos and such but they live and work with these guys daily, so if you can fall in love with them and want to support them imagine what the people who support them each day feel.

Maybe at a different company but SM hires responsible and passionate employees. It’s okay to be protective of your idols and to be suspicious of the staffs, but to make up rumours and incite hate that makes NCT lose fans as a result of your false rumours is not okay.
Yeah, there could be 1 bad manager or staff but sm does hire good staffs. And some managers from older generations idols to young. That shows they are good and helping newly debuted group too

There are two managers who live with 127. As I know they are dragon Jae manager and carrot manager, I found them so funny as well. Dragon Jae is Haechan's favorite, while Carrot manager is Taeyong's favorite hyung. For NCT dream we already knew from this clip, their manager is MC Ari. For WayV, there is a single handsome manager who is Yangyang, Hendery's favorite hyung. That is the same manager who took cutest photo of Winwin and Bella while sleeping.

There are many accounts of their legendary artists like TXVQ, EXO, SNSD, SHINee and more being still very humble and bowing 90 degrees to others. They learn that very early, they have one of the best manners in Kpop.
