i’ve done all of this and it is still unbelievably slow, it’s not even a storage issue or things running in the background, i’ve only had this laptop for a year.
As a computer user for about 40 years, what I can say is that the best way to use a system is as follows: keep the default settings and be happy. I am a software engineer.

Just go to settings- privacy & security- device security-core isolation details-toggke to on/off
