Hmmm Just Be Yellow is actually pretty sweet with Yellow lyrics. Is like it's asking us to be like the lyrics and bring the sunshine to someone else. Or I'm just stupid and overthink things too much and I'm turning this lone cringe xD.
Also unexpected mashup but VERY much appreciated nonetheless, they fit incredible well, and thanks for putting both lyrics in this because something that always bothered me about some Vocaloid mashups is that they complete ignored the lyrics of one of the two songs mashed up, so I appreciate a LOT how you put both lyrics in a good way together ;3

But the lyrics to just be friends literally are about a failing relationship with one wanting to move on but the other doesn't want to so she says to just be friends so they don't break up

Great mashup, I love how two songs sound so happy, even though they have opposite meaning,
Yellow Is about how although "the end of joy is a thing that comes too soon", Miku won't stop singing "for the sake of returning your smile
while Just be Friends is about a heartbreaking breakup in a relationship.
Just Be Yellow is hilarious to me, but this cover alone just made my day because these two songs are some of my favorite songs EVER 🥰

I remember playing a Mikuo dating sim game on Deviantart back in like 2013/2014. It had both of these songs in it!! Just Be Friends was the first vocaloid song I ever heard and Yellow is still my favourite song from day one 😭!! this cover/mashup sounds amazing and it features the songs that got me into Vocaloid 💛 💖 💜
