Technology wise Division 2 devs can absolutely have everything across all platforms gear and cosmetics, what is holding us back stateside is monetization, it's that simple.

Graffiti around the map has been changed and China town on the map is more ornate. The base of the game play is identical, fact. I wish you and other creators like you would do a little research first before releasing garbage like this. All for the sake of click bates and to get your videos past the 8 minute mark so you can get paid. 🤔
