from what i've seen (vids) and experienced (first hand) over 10+ years of playing, the best strategy is either slow grind of tiny wins, or win fast and leave. to actually win you have to be willing to walk away with small profits. the tables and machines will always be there. the problem is that addicts rush into playing and get high from the game play itself. you have to be profit minded, even if you are walking with a "small" win like $20-60. it's better than staying and losing it all. this appears to be true of slots too, especially the classic 3 reel single payline slots (i've seen two vids recently where the guy hit a $600 win but kept playing and lost approx $180 back because he thought it would keep paying more, but it basically peaked there and never gave him any further wins).
Have to be honest, but watching you getting put through the ringer only makes me smile. And it does it because anyone that's played Roulette KNOWS the feeling. But unlike other "strategy" channels, I really do appreciate you putting your own hard earned where your mouth is. This was tried on AOB and he realised it fails because you have 7 numbers which give a half payout of 4 units which hampers recovery. You would be better off reversing it and have 20 units on 19-36, 5 on corner [0,1,2,3] and 7 units on an uncovered double street. This gives payouts of 13, 10 and 8 units for the same coverage. Better still would be 2 units on [0,1,2,3] and 3 units on 4 double streets.
Anyone promoting any strategy that bankrupts in less than 10 bad spins in all my years of experimenting and tweaking methods will end in disater for more than not. This is just too much initial wager total % of bankroll. Perhaps an adjustement on not to double on ea loss may help survive multiple bad spins.
