My best friend and I got a chance to try one of these last January. He hit it once and both of our jaws dropped. (He bought that one!) I've been haunted by this drum since then. This past weekend I drove six hundred miles (round trip) to buy one of these. I took it to rehearsal that night. The band's first impression when I pulled it out of the case was, "Why do you need this snare drum?" After hearing it, they were asking why I need any other snare drum. It sounds amazing. The thing that no one else has called out is how it feels. It is very responsive, a stunningly good drum.

It's a regular catalog stock 4x14 , I've seen them before. Great size for versatility especially with the walnut
