- hi team! welcome or welcome back to my channel & welcome to a work day vlog! this time i bring you to the office and show you my (not so glamorous) but realistic day working in marketing in London. we have our good old trusty 5 am morning routine followed by a commute to the office in central London. Have some nice lunch time chats on a long walk, and then after the afternoon of marketing my butt off, we head home for a cozy winter evening in. there may even be a few tears shed lol. it’s a whole roller coaster this one. love you guys 🤎

I love how open you are and how relatable your videos are - finding lil gems like the clip you found on your gopro are so bittersweet. I found a clip on my old phone of my childhood dog as a puppy and although my dad (he passed away 2022) wasn't visibly in the clip, you could hear his voice in the background and I wasn't expecting it at all and I was BAWLING. It's nice seeing someone openly discuss topics like that, so thank you for sharing and for all the lil videos you make - I enjoy them a lot!! 💛

I totally understand the frustration about people thinking you shouldn't be cold because you're from Canada. I'm from the US, but I live in Queensland, Australia (a hot state like Florida, where I'm originally from). And in the summer, if I mention how hot or humid it is, I get the, "But you're from Florida," thing. 🙄
And I tell them being from a hot climate doesn't make you immune from it. It's F'ing hot and humid! Damn! 😆

@@vickymorg I lived in Sydney, New South Wales for over 5 years. That's where my husband was born and raised. Unfortunately, I hated it. I'm from a city in Florida that's under 1 million people. So moving to a city with almost 6x's the population was just too much for me.
We moved to the city of Gold Coast in Queensland last year (my hubby brought me here on vacay a few times and it reminded me of home). We both love living here! It's so laid back and beautiful and less populated than Sydney. It's a tourist city but we live in a suburb outside of the tourist areas so it's perfect! Give it a go. I think you will love it.
