Thanks for the video really informative, I’m hoping to get my acu license this year and have only been on one track day before, do you think I would need to go on some more before doing the test day? Had you been on track before other the sidecar stuff?
No I hadn't. This was my first time on a track on my bike. Although I had the mini sidecar, that's on karting circuits and was so different to mallory! I don't think you need a track day before tbh. The instructors were very informative and gave us plenty of time and space on the track itself. If you can practise a race start, it might be beneficial but you could do that on a side road.

Hi had you been on a track day before your test or was this your first time on track
This was my first time on a track. I was riding on the roads prior but first on a track. The instructors were amazing there and gave lots of advice.
