Fanuc Robodrill: Tool Usage Limit

This video describes how to set tool usage limits. This is done through G100 Cx. where "x" is the tool usage limit desired. For example you can place G100 C1000 after a particular tool change to count and then limit the tool's usage to 1000 until it alarms.

So cool! We just purchased a Robodrill and it is coming in next week and I am just watching videos on anything I can learn on it to be ready for it ahead of time! lol! We have a DMG Milltap that has this type of tool changer and they work in the same way so it won't be too complicated to use this one. Cool videos and thank you for posting! I've never used macros before because I've never worked with anyone who uses these to learn but I've been looking into learning how to use them properly. I just love learning anything I can.
