No matter what, I won't ever forgive Lhong for what he did. There is no redemption arc, no backstory, no excuse that can make me forgive him. He hired multiple men to drug and RAPE a 16 YEAR OLD KID! There is NO WAY to redeem him! NO SECOND CHANCE! He crossed the line too far, and there's no going back! I don't care if he was ignored or lacked familial love! About the series showing Lhong's family background, i actually like it because it gives more context to the character and it explains how he ended up obsessing over tharn. I don't think they put it there to excuse his actions but to give more depth to the character. Honestly he should see a psychiatrist because he has some serious mental problems. I'd want to see Lhong in jail but i guess that won't happen, because Tar doesn't want anyone to know about what had happened to him. He does not even tell Tum, the closest person in his life. I really like that Type relates with Tar and takes care of him as his friend later. Type also knows that Tar doesn't want anyone to know about it, and respects his decision and doesn't call the police. He thinks the same about this matter as he said in a previous episode. Though really, I would've liked more if Lhong ended up in jail because he freaking deserved it. Society just really makes it hard for rape victims to come out and get justice, and the series showed that well. Would have liked it if they explained and emphasized more about this (about why Lhong didn't get jailed in the end.) Though i guess they can't due to time constraint. Anyway, it was a good watch! I'm sad that the 2019 series are ending one by one, but we can look forward to new series and of course LBC season 2.

I think the thing about Lhong (the reason why I don't hate him THAT much) is that he was literally alone, lonely, and depressed since he was a child. He didn't receive any love and care from his family, he never had any friends (the flashback from when they were in highschool). So when Tharn approached him and made him finally feel like somebody to someone, like he was finally loved and important, he got easily attached to the point of obsession. He got possessive of Tharn and so he did those unthinkable things. Ofcourse it doesn't justify all those things, but I still feel pity for what he must have been going through since he was a kid

I think the thing about Lhong (the reason why I don't hate him THAT much) is that he was literally alone, lonely, and depressed since he was a child. He didn't receive any love and care from his family, he never had any friends (the flashback from when they were in highschool). So when Tharn approached him and made him finally feel like somebody to someone, like he was finally loved and important, he got easily attached to the point of obsession. He got possessive of Tharn and so he did those unthinkable things. Ofcourse it doesn't justify all those things, but I still feel pity for what he must have been going through since he was a kid
