@@OarsmanPower probably cause it's on the edge of a cliff with clear signs of erosion. However I have no proper education to estimate the risks of it. Pretty sure they have it all under control. Well TBH the favelas in Brazil are still fucking standing after dozens of years so...
Really really nice house this is somthing I dreamed about as a little boy and even now . Wish the dream can come true but as a plumber it won't 😥. People will always hate by looking at the comments but if you have money to afford somthing like this it dont matter . I will be subscribing to this channel. THANKS
Thanks so much for supporting!!!! This is actually the first time we filmed and released this video. The house had a video 2 years ago and the house was sold. Well it is back on the market and they hired us to do the video. But yes there is another video out there from another company. You know your houses!!!
Nice concept with the huge ocean view. But , really, one good earth quake or steadfast torrential rains , storms etc and these houses are in the beautiful water down below. I've witness hill side erosion and this is only a matter of time before your 200 feet down on the beach and water with this house on top of you. Forget it.
What you do is raffle off you car for $1 to the world. Then Just tell the lucky winner to pick up their car. Get your keys to your new home.... And a bus pass.
Or just pay for it no note, California does mostly interest only mortgages. Do you know why California is expensive? Because it’s worth it, some people value their time on earth others don’t. If you don’t enjoy Oklahoma cheap living and all the tornados you want. I prefer waking with water and nature out my window so I will happily pay the price.
inDRaNIL GhoSH These and other Valifornia hones have been on tgese cliffs for ages and despite regular quakes are still standing. I‘d be more worried about the proxinmity to water here than quakes.
This is true what you say.... However... The people that usually buy these houses have at least 5 more all over the world... Most of the time... These houses are rented out & used as income properties...
beautiful home but I'd need a whole bunch of structural and geological engineers to give me their assurances that it wasn't going to end up on the beach in a couple of years. the cliff is literally missing parts directly under the house. maybe the owners had the money to do some kind of massive stabilization underneath that isn't obvious in the video, but it looks just like the cliffs near La Jolla in San Diego where several homes have been lost to erosion.
for houses like this, how can the developer allows ea. house to be so close to the other? you can smell your neighbor's garbage that he put at the side of the house
I would love to buy a house like that if i can afford it, but i'd be still scared as fuck knowing that California is an active Earthquake zone, and that cliff looks pretty eroded, and weak, a good magnitude Earthquake, which is very possible in California, could easily wipe out that property. And most insurance companies do not provide insurance for natural disasters. A very life risking and financially risky investment. But hey, at least you get a great view.
private parts yes very nice and well worth over 7.5 million. This house is worth probably 25 and it has a cave under it with the privacy of the beach under it would serve for a very worth purchase. I have stayed there as my in law owns it and it is very much worth more than 7.5
I would never live there even if it was given to me. Oh my goodness who would buy a house like that ? Looks like it's going to fall in the ocean. Who would buy something like that?
Video production dismal. Take a look at how Lifestyle Production Group does it. The person who shot this is obviously an intuitive, and is not an esthete. There's a difference. Look how the cameraman's eyes hones in on the sharp, severe lines as well as the poor post processing. Leave such jobs to the experts. ISTPs, ESTPs, ESTJs and the like understand esthetics. This person is not one of those.
I wouldn't buy this house if I had money to burn. It's eroding and the cost to fix that $$$$$. No thanks. I'm sure there's other homes just as nice and nicer than this elsewhere.
What you do is raffle off your car for a $1 to the world. Then tell the lucky winner to come pick up the car. Go get the keys to your house.... And a bus pass. Easy peasy.
Beautiful..Laguna Beach looks fantastic. The view is amazing.
This house is a dream. So beautiful and sunny. The view of the wave hitting the rocks is wonderful. It’s provide a natural fountain. Cute place. 😍❤️
Love the cosy environment and the sea view
Awesome, imagine this as your beach pad....enjoying the experience every moment with Disneyland not too far away.

Why wouldn’t it be there in ten years?

Breath taking! Earthquake or not, it’s a dream to be able to live in this area. 😘
My future house with a gorgeous view of the beach!
All of these people with limiting beliefs always speak out the loudest. Great house, thanks for sharing!
Wowww wat a spectacular view
California has best year around weather. With this views if you can afford this home you never have to take a vacation.

Now that's a house. Dang!
I AM GOING TO BUY THIS HOUSE 🏠💎❤️
Good view for the home^^
Nice Video!
Nice view, but no pool or easy access to the beach. I would find another property.
This will be my house. 😎

Listing is $10.9M. Your mortgage payment would be $44K/mo.
Beltfedshooters that 40K too many 😆

Can I finance 1 square foot for 30 years?
sure! you just need moore people to do the same for the rest.
Can we at least buy the song? I can afford that.
In an earthquake zone it's a very risky investment, specially on a land that looks like it's clearly been eroded and still under going erosion..
Its like a game of musical chairs. who will be left with the house when the music stops?
I live near Laguna beach. houses have been on those coasts for decades, even after pretty substantial earthquakes

I‘m allways wondering if this indoor/outdoor living thing gets u a ton of mosquitos into your house when the light is on at night
LXY Mosquitos? This is ocean front California, not the Florida swamps, lol.
How much is this home going for? Love this estate!!
punsbrah probably $10 mil
Zillow says $10.9 million
Thanks guys! I'll be driving down to have a look at this
they might take 75% if you pay in cash
I can't even afford to watch this video, but I will watch it any ways, does that mean I'm stealing?
It means you can afford atleast a phone and some service
please be uploaded videos of luxury homes more than anything in hollywood hills with gym
danyerlis rodriguez Ever heard of Zillow?
WOW
WILL THEY TAKE A CHECK?. IT WILL CLEAR... IN MY NEXT LIFE.
great …….

why so bad upload quality

They forgot the slide into the sea
And ghe saddest part is, a lot of these houses are owned by people who only live in them 1/8th of the year...
Beautiful Pollution how is it sad that someone can afford a nice house and doesn’t have to live here all of the time?
Will be able to buy this with 1 Bitcoin in 5-10 years
you can go buy a meal at burger king
$5 Whopper combo going on now... I'll be back.
10 million

that seems like alot for a house with no land
Paul Hutton that's how almost all of laguna is. you get a beach instead of a backyard
I'll buy it at my next paycheck, for sure. 🙄🙄🙄
Who can afford this?
I find the interior rather bland. Great views, though.
Does that mansion have tsunami insurance?
Make new homes like this in all of california please for the biggest celebrities in the world
Ok, i dont care how many thousand of years that edge hasnt moved...
Beautiful! I agree with inDRaNIL GhoSH

Its neat to live close to the beach. But not THAT close. ...a tsunami might strike and then you're doomed
you watched too many apocalyptic movies
@@MrYgfamily21 Tsunamis, Hurricanes etc are sensible enough to worry about when a person live very close to the beach.
