Guys, you´re told: I want this melody playing along the way towards my own grave. It´s so beautiful, yet so sad. I feel as a ghost watching people crying and mourning around my coffin. This song makes me think about when it will all be over: the life we lived, the people we met, the family, the moments shared, the labor days, the longings, regret, betrayal, love... And also, in the end, a chance to be okay and meet everyone on the other side. As profound as this requiem is for me.
I think evanescence's old stuff is definitely a trend with uber depressed people wanting to be just that. there's pure beauty and emotion in old evanescence, something you strive to see when your grieving or wishing time here would end.

I think Origin was originally just supposed to be something limited. I mean, obviously, because it's an EP. But she never wanted certain songs to be accessible to the public because they're very personal to her. However, I could be wrong.

It's wierd, I love all of Evanescence's OLD music, and NEW music, I still love Fallen and everything, it was just, a bit dull compared to their old and new stuff. But I still love them with all my heart!
