  • Join myself and family as we walk another section of the Wales Coast Path, continuing around the Anglesey Coast Path from where we finished in part 12 at Moelfre Beach and making our way to the Pilot Boat pub near City Dulas. Passing a historical wreck site along the way and a large sandy beach at Traeth Lligwy Beach where we stop for a pasty. Glorious sunshine and blue seas are the views for this stretch of coastline.

Hi Webby this was my favourite walk of yours and it was nice your whole family went too. Love it when our kids come :) Moelfre is beautiful and the sea watch centre looks great but closed hehe . Sad to hear about the Royal Charter sinking . That must leave a sadness in that area. The real through the fields was lovely and that whole coast path there is stunning. Love Lligwy beach, its gorgeous but shame that the Pilot Boat Pub was closed too ! At least you had a drink and pasties at the cafe on the beach and dinner in Benllech 😃 We absolutely love Benllech. Thanks for this beautiful tour, really loved this one :) 👍 ~ Anna 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Thank you Anna, yes shame about the pub, there were a lot of people waiting for it to open. It was a lovely meal in Benllech, I think it was called Breeze Hill. We also revisited The Ship Inn at Red Wharf Bay. That's my favourite so far of my limited Anglesey travels. There is one more walk we did on our holiday to come and we are back in October for another week. Hopefully do a day trip before then to get another stretch in. Yes I did a bit more research on the Royal Charter when we got home, such a tragedy, seeing the calm beautiful seas that we witnessed, it's a stark reminder of how dangerous the waters can be. Thank you for watching and commenting. All the best Andy

Another perfect video Webby. You just capture the beauty of it all in a great way. I loved that wee spot at the end of Lligwy beach through the dunes to the bridge. Unfortunately a big family were camped there when I went past. You picked a good place to stop as I found that inland bit aa wee bit interminable before getting back to coast.

Yes we were on holiday so I had the whole family with me, hence the shorter walks, We Go back in October so we can do a bit more, I got as far as Port Almwch. I really enjoyed the whole Eastern side of Anglesey. It was nice doing short walks in the Morning and then off sightseeing in the afternoon. Thank you for watching and your nice comments John, looking forward to your next walking adventure.

Really interesting seeing the part about the Royal Charter and the RNLI info at Moelfre... I must walk up there next time to take a look. I love going around Moelfre island. Great video, thanks

Thanks for your comment, I only learnt of the tragedy from the walk, would like to have popped in the Seawatch Centre but passed by too early. I'm about to start on the North Anglesey Coast Path now. Thanks for watching.

I love the North Coast - it feels wilder and more remote... and usually the best place for seeing dolphins and porpoise, especially around Bull Bay. You really must explore the old brickworks at Porth Wen. Enjoy!

You must visit Traeth Ynys y Fydlyn too.. fantastic beach, especially the caves if approaching from the sea

@@wavesoffun Ha ha, and you could film me from the sea. I just looked at my map I have made for our walk and it looks like we pass by the brickworks, so I will hopefully get a bit of footage.
