I am facing the same separation issues..but my son who is only about 2 years Masha Allah..is with his mother..the best part of Azan is that we must never spoil the mentality and persnality of kids when the mother nd father are separated by telling abuse things..
Very wise reply by him that 95 per cent of problems are bcoz of ego problem. I wish people take this massage seriously. If this sense prevails so many marriages will be saved from breaking.

What about husband rights? In america male are treated so unfairly to the point where woman takes imnocent husband to the cleaners. I have a very closed friend of 50 yrs..He married a poor girl from Pakistan and after coming to america and getting green card and seeing his wealth she filed divorced and cleaned him and captured all his wealth and now guy is riding uber taxi service to pay child support and educate his two children. What a disgrace,at 60 is penniless hand to mouth in America

In divorce mostly kids suffer a lot, if mother doesn't have enough money to fulfil the basic necessities of life.
So, instead of taking divorce step both husband & wife should try to understand eachother.
Mostly, divorce situations create because of in laws interference in life of the son, instead of keeping calm, in laws try to boost their son for a big fight or separation etc
