@@SolfridASMR there was a time my brother stopped eating meat and chicken, that one day he got sick and had to go to the hospital, he ended up being isolated and doctors had To be covered up, and told him he HAS to eat meat, and from there he’s eaten meat and never again went to the hospital for that reason.
It’s called kéfir, I’ve tasted it before and it taste similar to yogurt and has the texture of yogurt too! I think it taste ok 😅I know it adds a nice touch to her videos.

Welcome back to my channel!🧸🙏🤗 Yes, it is real meat. I have made a video about explaining my shift in diet. I suspect that low iron values was part of my problem. I didn't have anemia, but I still had symptoms. On my blood test I had low levels of ferritin if I remember correctly, and when doing research some health care professionals said that this was an indicator of iron deficiency, even if my doctor said it was not. I also had low levels of b12 a period even if I was taking b12 supplements (maybe not enough), so I took b12 shoots for a while. To me having to rely on supplements to stay healthy feels wrong. I do take vitamin D, cod liver oil, and Iodine supplement because I'm pretty sure I have to little of that. I dont like to stay out in the sun for too long, and I wear sun screen, I dont eat enough white fish to get enough Iodine. But at least these are sources I could get naturally from food if I made an effort. B12 I can not get from plant based foods at all. Also the body can have a difficult time converting nutrients from plant based foods, where animal products dont need conversions and the body have much more easily access to them. I feel fuller for a longer time on meat and fat as well. I work out as well, without getting drained from a workout session. Before if I went for a jog I would feel exhausted and fatigue for days after.
@stan5409 I suggest you start with the Methylcobalamin version of B-12 sublingually. This will bypass the liver and go directly into you blood stream. You absorb more and do faster. I have a very low grade anemia and told to eat red meat. I usually only eat chicken. I love to be a vegetarian due to my love of animals but it would be a difficult task for me. I wish you good health and a better 2024
There was a time my brother actually turned vegetarian due to religion beliefs, untill one day he was rushed to the hospital and when I went to visit him, the doctor and nurses would covered themselves and we had. To be distant from him, turns out he had some sort of sickness due to just eating healthy foods and no meat at all. Untill the doctor told him he has to eat meat to improve his heslth, and so ge did and he got better and his health improved. He kept eating meat ever since and now it’s been a few years now and he’s still doing great.
Yes, many vegans do that. Being plant based requires a lot of knowledge and effort, and while some manage to stay plant based for a long time and maybe forever, I didn't. Also, plant based meals require much more time to prepare if you want something tasty and delicious. Eating only beans, lentils and legume for proteins was not enough for me in the long run. I got tired of the taste, and it dont feel enough for building muscles while doing strength training. I dont want to rely on protein powder either. I still love plant based foods, but eating more balanced makes it more enjoyable to eat plant based stews etc when I dont have to do it everyday, because now I have much more options to choose from. And to me plant based meat substitute are not a good and healthy option because it is highly processed.

The name is "Plants vs. Zombies". It is very fun!
